Sultan and his staff are incredible. I have been taking my son here for 10 plus yrs and recently started going myself. They are attentive and caring and follow through with what they say. I trust them and will continue to go here as long as I can.

This place can’t get their billing figured out. They incorrectly billed me multiple times and I’ve had to call the insurance company and figure it out. Finally I thought everything was straightened out. I paid my bills and pulled my kids from this office. They continue to harass me with incorrect billing phone calls. They even called me twice Christmas morning. It’s absolutely outrageous. They also forgot to record my son’s shots and the only reason they did do that was because I had proof that his twin got shots and they had been in the office the same day. I do not recommend this office at all.

Dr. Degeorge is absolutely terrible. No bed side manners. Rude. Talks over you. Has the worst personality. Not approachable. Snappy. My daughter was 5 weeks old and was having problems breathing and was sick. I took her in to get checked and tested. He listened to her breathing and said she was fine and sent her home. 2 hours later she turned blue and stopped breathing. I performed CPR on her and brought her back and we were loaded in the ambulance ,to the hospital. Spent 5 dreadful days there in ICU . When I brought it to his attention he walked out the room, grabbed Dr. Sultan for advise. Then later I confronted him and his reaction was "I'm human I make mistakes" he failed my daughter and me. He should have ran tests on her to see what she had, he should have got a correct reading of her oxygen but because they don't have up to date equipment they never got one on her.

Scheduling was easy and convenient. The front office staff are very friendly. Dr Sultan is very thorough and engaged. He gives very good tips and advise. His nurse was very nice and encouraging to a very scared 11 yr old patient getting 3 shots and a blood draw. I highly recommend this pediatric office.

This rating is for the adult care. I always seem to have an issue when coming here, mind you it’s only been two times. First I scheduled a sick visit and was told to come in, no time frame given. I had strep throat, fever, body chills and was very fatigue because I could not eat anything. So it took me longer to get up and shower and make it to the office. Once I got there the lady said that my appointment was at 1pm. I said no it wasn’t , the lady never told me a time, she said just to come. Long story short, apparently the lady that said she told me a time came up and both were discussing this as if I wasn’t sitting there waiting and listening. The good lord knows if I could’ve talked I would’ve cursed them both out. Zero professionalism at all! Second I call today to schedule a well woman visit. I was specific to needing a Pap smear. Apparently the lady scheduling the appointment did not include the Pap smear so I get there and now the dr wants to change my visit from a wellness visit to a sick visit because I mentioned I had a scratchy throat. I walked out of that place. And will not return. Wasted my gas and my time driving to that office! I could’ve just found another office to be seen at instead of the person scheduling the visit putting me in for the wrong treatment.

This place is absolutely amazing. My son is completely terrified of Doctors and doctor's offices and screams the whole time anyone is near him. I get very anxious but the office staff and Dr. Sultan make me feel a lot more at ease when I am there. They treat and handle my son with extreme care and patience. Also, when Dr. Sultan was showing my son how he was going to listen to his heart, he used me as an example and actually ended up hearing an abnormality in my heart which I was totally unaware about. Very thankful for him going above and beyond and making sure we are all healthy.
