Getting my bed at Skin Act was the best decision I could have ever made. I’m so happy that Gigi helped guide me through my purchase and made it 100% stress free. She even threw in some accessories with my order. She explained how the warranty works and made me feel 100% confident in my purchase. Aside from that the Sage bed is so beautiful and worth every penny.

I got my new bed delivered by Herick and Carlos. They were very professional, efficient, and kind. I thought it was going to be tough to get my bed through the door but they knew exactly what to do and made the entire delivery process very simple, smooth, and quick. Thank you so much for your help!

After signing a lease for a new spa location, I upgraded some equipment & went with Spa and Equipment. Renovations took longer than planned & I didn't end up setting up my new equipment until 2 months after everything arrived. The boxes everything arrived in looked to be in good condition when I received them so I wasn't worried about anything being damaged. Once I began putting the treatment table together, I noticed some major damage on the frame. I contacted Spa and Equipment to see what could be done. I knew I was out of the claims and return/refund window, but they treated me so good. Yolanda was able to send me a replacement for the damaged piece, and done so in a timely manner. The situation could have turned out completely different had she not been so kind and helpful. I am extremely grateful for the help she gave me. A lesson was learned on my end... I had a medical spa pop-up opening in a week, and I did not have a chair, and this place made it happen within a week. The delivery was excellent and well coordinated. The help I got at the store was exceptional. Also, the chair I bought is beautiful. I saw other chairs like this for around 4000, and this one was around 1800, so I got an excellent deal as well. They were sweet enough to expedite the shipping. Everything came on time, and they even threw in some accessories on the chair that I appreciated. Thank you so much. I’ll be back here for all my medical spa needs, and I’m happy I found these people. The drive to check out their showroom is worth it.
