I couldn’t be happier with my Moderno chair. Due to its sleek and simple design, I was initially concerned about positioning for medical treatments, but I’m happy to say it exceeded my expectations. Myself and our aesthetician use it daily for injections and facials – the wider head piece allows a variety of treatments (including LED light for facials) which we could not do with a standard treatment chair. Thank you so much! I will definitely be purchasing again with SpaSource.

When we unboxed one of the chairs we ordered and sat in it, we realized that the chair sat too high for some of our more elderly patients. Called Spa Source and spoke with Cody about the return/exchange process. Due to the shipping logistics and the time-frame to receive the replacement chairs, we opted to transport the chairs to LA ourselves. When we got to the warehouse, Robert met us and we were able to see and sit in the new chairs we chose. They unloaded the returning chairs and loaded the new chairs and stools. The whole process took less than an hour. We received our credit for the returned chairs before the end of the day. GREAT people to work with. All customer service should be this personalized.
