Never have I seen such a disregard to help
people. I am new to the area and I had an appointment today for a check up. I had called a day prior as well as an hour prior to my appointment to retrieve the address. There was no answer. I waited on the line for an extended period of time. I did not leave a voicemail either time. I showed up to what I thought was the office 30 minutes prior to my appointment. In that time span I was told to go to three different locations finally ending up at Space Coast Health Center. The extremely rude lady, Maria, at the front desk neglects to understand or help me, instead blaming me for being late & telling me I need to reschedule. She said I was intentionally late, that I never called to get an address (which I did) and when I told her she looked at me as if I was lying. She told me to still fill out a new patient form and told me that I never filled out the check in documents online although I spent almost half an hour yesterday confirming my check in appointment and filling out all of the documents that were sent over to me. I have never left a review until now; I do understand how important customer service is when it comes to healthcare, and it is a shame that this is the way it was handled. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I went in August of 2023 to request my nexplanon be replaced. They gave me the runaround for 7 months having me call the pharmacy myself every other week to try to find out where my implant was being sent. I had to either request it be sent to the pharmacy or my house to bring to them. But the pharmacy never got the request. After 5-6 months of doing their job for them I was told a form was filled out incorrectly and I needed to come in and sign it again. I call a few weeks after that just to be told they no longer can order the implant. 7 whole months wasting my time to tell me to go through a different clinic. Don’t waste your time with Dr.Hate or the staff here.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. Everyone has been so pleasant to interact with. They even accommodated for me last second due to an emergency. Dr. Renee Soucier is also great at listening and working to address the underlying issues instead of the symptoms. I would highly recommend anyone to make her your PCP.

I love this office and the staff . The Dr i see, well, to me, she is #1, when it comes to my health. She has your blood drawn right in the office, EKG, n just about what an urgent care does, so do they. Her top priority is to keep me healthy n making sure all the recommended test are performed ASAP. So far, the only issue i have is not getting refills automatically, for more than a 30 day supply so i have to call every month for refills, but she always response quickly....other than that, the compassion and dedication of the staff is awesome. Thank you all for not being all about the money n for actually caring for MY, well being❤️

As a prenatal patient I would not suggest them. The nurses are very nice and staff very nice but Dr. Hate is no help. I tell her my issues and she never addresses any of them. And any blood work that I know I was supposed to have done I researched on Google myself and had to tell her to order it. She then gave me a order for a blood test that didn't exist which I had to leave quest and drive to their office to get a test order that does exist. The don't have any modern equipment. She still have not given me any kind of prenatal information or anything. So most of what I know about my pregnancy Google has helped me with. Thank God for the techs that work there and ladies up front. But the Dr. herself is a definite NO!

I love this place, office very friendly! Johanna was very nice and listened to everything I had to say. She is very caring and empathetic Johanna spent almost an hour in the exam room with me. She will be my new primary care. ☺️
