We enjoy the service but only use it in the summer months as we winter in a warmer climate. We put the service on vacation, but each spring we learn the service has been disconnected and we need to re-establish service. Last year you wanted to do a credit check which seemed odd to us. This year they re-established service but we are paying a higher price. We were told the service is faster but we have not noticed any increase in speed. With the price continuing to climb we are questioning whether it would be better for us to go with a satellite provider and we just take the service with us. Your price is just about as high as the satellite providers.

I've been a seasonal customer for several years. This years startup was a nightmare. I called the last week of April to have the service turned on, stating I needed it by May 12th and was told the modem I had would work fine. Your employee named Jonas assured me my service would be on. I ended up with no service at all and was given totally wrong information. When I called back on May 12th, Jonas told me I needed an updated modem, the one I had could be thrown out. I could buy a new modem, schedule a tech that was two weeks out or drive to the office. I made the long drive to your Show Low AZ office and returned the old modem. The employees told me that my service had never been turned on and my modem was fine, but they would update it since I was in the office. I was also told I would of been charged if I had not returned the old modem. I'm an unhappy customer!

This years startup was a nightmare, your employee named Jonas gave me totally wrong information and I ended up with no service at all. After being told by Jonas that a tech was not available for two weeks, I made the long drive to your Show Low AZ office to be told that my service had never been turned on at your end.

From the start to finish I've had the best experience with Sparklite. We just moved up here and I was searching for wifi, Internet access and speed found them all with this company, the sales team were professional, and the installers were prompt, and quick. We haven't had any issues with our system and we are very pleased. Thank you

I very rarely have any outages with Sparklight, but if I do they are fixed promptly. The only hiccup I have is when we go on seasonal hold Sparklight totally disconnects our service. I would like to still be able to get on the website and see my account.

I love sparklight! We are here in pine top for 6 months... I put my service on vacation hold when we leave. When we come back all I do is call ahead and our service is ready when we walk in the door... Have no problems streaming also!

I recently subscribed to Sparklight internet service. What a pleasant experience! I actually talked to a human being who was knowledgable, easy to reach and easy to understand. My house is a long way from the power pole. Sparklights service department was stellar. What a breath of fresh air.
