I’m home after a major brain bleed and 21 days in the iCU at MGH. Because of the incredible therapists at Spaulding Cambridge who refused to allow me to give up. Each and every one of them worked tirelessly with me and made my stay bearable. Making me laugh every day even when I couldn’t see myself getting better they were always by my side cheering me on. There is no better place to rehab after a traumatic brain injury! And Beni is such a big part of the recovery

Avoid going here at all costs!!! I went for a bulging disk in my lower back, and MRI's showed it clearly got worse over the course of the Spaulding "treatment" despite me following their program to a T. They went so far as to tell me not to stretch at all! My orthopedist, surgeon, and other physical therapists couldn't believe anyone would ever tell me that to help back pain. Going here truly caused me significantly more pain and set my rehab back months. I've had better luck at ATI or FlexPlus closeby, but PLEASE do NOT go to Spaulding!!!

I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and have been going here for some time. I go for manipulations and physical therapy and I’ve found both very helpful to get my body and even mind feeling better, however they stress the importance of me coming as about every joint in my body moves more than it should and things fall out of place quickly. Both help with that but I keep getting my appointments pushed or changed and they do not have enough people to provide the services offered. I was told already that I had to wait 6 weeks for my next manipulation appointment which I normally do every other week. This improves my quality of life to be able to do things but now pushing that 6 week appointment to a waiting list only I’m disappointed and really in excruciating pain and discomfort. I cannot get in touch with management to discuss nor do they have a solution other than ask someone else or figure it out. They shouldn’t offer services they cannot provide without one person being there. He should be able to take leave without disrupting service. I gave 2 stars because I do get benefit from it and like my drs and therapists it’s how things are managed and sure it could be a problem everywhere but that doesn’t mean you can’t do better anyway.

Cory has been very kind and helpful with my daughter since she began her PT. At first she wasn't sure what to expect but he has been able to ease her concerns, explain things clearly and is honest about the process. She enjoys going to PT and even does her exercises at home. Spaulding in Framingham is a great place with great therapists. I highly recommend Spaulding.

Physical therapist refused to wear a mask after being asked to by an immuno improvised patient. This was totally baffling in a health care setting. Office manager was informed and I’m still waiting to hear back.
EDIT: Office manager confirmed policy. I've filed an ADA complaint.

I have arthritis in many parts of my body (spine, hips, shoulders, neck,) that frequently flare up and can significantly restrict my movement. The physical therapists at Spaulding Framingham are knowledgeable, caring and committed, and have helped restore range of motion and reduce pain. Each therapist who has worked with me has met me where I am when I arrived and gradually increased the intensity of my exercises until mobility and strength are restored. They even coordinate with the personal trainer at my gym to build a personalized fitness program that addresses my physical challenges. The facility is well equipped and spacious, and the atmosphere friendly and welcoming. I could not recommend Spaulding Framingham more highly.

Update: going back to Spaulding because I fell on my new knee. The modality is different this time around - stretching, massage and some light weights. Still the best team for listening to what you need and fulfilling the needs with the logical solution. Amazing team effort from Eva at the front desk to Chris the PT assistant. I worked with Jamie Feldman. She listened to my concerns and got me back to working and exercise after a knee replacement. Clean facility easily accessible on Route 9.

I am 4th member of my family to use Spaulding. I am 71 and am amazed at the progress I have made with a minor knee injury. And am enjoying the exercises I do every day because they are not hurting me and I can see improvement every week. One member of the family had had a stroke 10 yrs ago and he had developed odd gait and been walking incorrectly on the affected side for years (which had been causing considerable pain in his side) in 2 months with PT some needle work from a physiatrist he walks so much more normal and pain has been reduced so almost never bothers him anymore. They are the best, the stroke victim having had PT over the years in other places we have ability to see the distinct difference in improvement. I have not met one person in Framingham or Westborough facility that has not been pleasant to deal with. I would not go to any other facility for PT if needed again. My sister, daughter and son would all agree.
