Called Summer, our rep, at Adept Health for a question and to get some supplies. She responded right away- answered our questions over the phone , plus gave us other valuable information and responded within a few hours with our supplies and gave us instructions on how to care for the bipap machine and accessories and had us to take mask apart to make sure we knew how to do it! Summer was very knowledgeable and aware of our needs, very friendly and caring! An excellent experience!
