We had Spectrum Home Health assistance while my husband was recovering from cardiac bypass surgery earlier this year. We were pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of the nurses, OT & PT staff. There was only one "no-show", (not sure where the mix up was). There was a post surgery complication that wasn't caught that sent him back to the hospital, but it was a rare condition (a retired MD we know had never seen it in 45 years of treating patients). Overall we were pleased with the kindness and experience of those who visited.

My brother had knee replacement. Spectrum was recommended by his doctor. We have always had great PT. This post is in reference to OT assistance. When given the opportunity to do their job professionally, OT can offer invaluable help. Spectrum, in our case, has allowed their staff to do their job without the micromanagement that is often seen with hospital or other companies that seem to spend their time just filling out paperwork with little or useless therapy. Our OTA, Laurie, has gone above and beyond with understanding and PRACTICAL therapy that can be used on a daily basis.

As a caregiver for an elderly parent, they offer no wiggle room on appointments. I was unable to schedule appointments later in the day.
