I have to say As a new patient, I was expecting a fairly lengthy intake process and a bit of difficulty with the logistics of any medical transfer. I’m sure if you have any experience with this we all know it doesn’t usually go very smooth. After being left behind along with every other patient of Bright Veiw in Massachusetts I was left without medical psychological and physical care. With only my primary care doctor to speak with about any of it These are not concerns I should need to make appointments with my primary for, as he is an extremely busy physician. So after extensive research and almost 2 months without any Idea where I may find a new group of caregivers I came across Spectrum! My initial appointment after making a call on Monday was set for 3 o’clock on a Friday I was prescribed and medication was sent immediately to a place what I had been on for years and had been without for some time. Unfortunately, there must’ve been a lack of communication between me and my provider and the meds were sent over incorrectly While trying to reconcile this issue. I made nearly 45 phone calls to this office trying to get in touch with someone who could help. This help only required a simple authorization and about 10 minutes at a computer for the right person. Well, I just want to go and leave a five star review today for a man named Jared who works at this office and was by far the most helpful person I have encountered in this field in a very long time. He went above and beyond called me back to confirm that things had been taken care of and even called during the process just to give me updates. I think that this man is a true professional and is outstanding at his job and truly takes what he does seriously and that in the mental health industry means a lot to people like myself who are steering a difficult path, So I just wanted to come on here and say how much I truly appreciated the Effort and dedication to completing and reconciling this issue! Thank you, Jared . You truly are hard-working dedicated employee of that company and I hope they know how lucky they are to have you. Thank you again Jared!

This place has gone downhill ever since they instituted a change in policy requiring doctors or nurse practitioners to see patients every single month for simple prescription refills as opposed to every three months. As a result, my provider (who I have no issues with) is clearly more stressed and consistently rushed to get to the next appointment. The staff there also seem overworked and stressed. You're stuck waiting on the phone for 20 minutes just to speak to a receptionist. In my opinion, this is nothing more than a way to make more money at the expense of patient care. There's no reason why someone who has been on the same medication for more than 5 years should have to see a doctor or nurse practitioner every single month for the same medication.

SNB care has been exceptional. They always reach back out if a call was missed and are always professional and prompt. My practitioner is wonderful, validating, and I am always able to get a hold of her. Refilling medication has its own dedicated menu option so I am able to leave a message if needed (with a job that has strange hours this a blessing). Cannot recommend highly enough—7 stars if I could leave more!

Everyone at SNB care is extremely caring and are there for your needs whatever they may be Dr Loveland is the best psychiatrist I have ever had she has a beautiful heart and actually listens to you and cares about what your going through and she does her best to help you in whatever way she can. Tylor is a wonderful receptionist he's always there to help try and accommodate your needs. Thank you SNB care for all your help.

Lynnetta (Nita) is literally the best psychiatric care provider I’ve had. She has an extensive history and uses science backed up evidence to support her treatments. Shes super gentle, caring, she really listens to you. Like every word! I think the team there’s awesome. From TYLER, A staff members there basically saved my life by placing me with Nita, ,Olivia, Daniel, JARED!. Who are very thorough when I need a quick note sent or have complications. Solid people, most important my Provider is excellent. Uses evidence based approaches especially with my case, as it’s a bit complex. Throughout the year or 2 now working with them it has been a pleasure. I appreciate the opportunity to be a patient here and receive thorough and precise care. 5/5 stars! Also Anna ! The lady who picks up the phone sometimes is extremely sweet. God Bless !

The treatment providers are great, but the technical aspects of this business are awful. Their website often has problems, appointment reminders rarely arrive on time, and sometimes they send the zoom link the day after the appointment or they completely forget to send the zoom link. I tried to access the web portal today, but it's down again. SNBC desperately needs adequate tech support.

I had a great experience with my doctor, they listen and care a lot about their patients. I have no complaints about snbc, they gave me my medications The very first appointment and didn't hesitate to explain and why I was on what I was on, I also received good advice from my provider. My provider is excellent however having to deal with the office is a nightmare. whenever I try to send a message, it never gets to her in order to speak to my provider. I have to make an appointment because I can’t leave a message or messages never forwarded to my provider also the office sends me requests for filling out surveys with statements, saying that my appointments are going to be canceled if I don’t fill out the surveys. That causes extreme distress when I have to call the office wait on hold go through the multiple phone links to get to speak to someone just to find out if my appointments are being canceled because I’m not filling out a survey repeatedly
