Spirit Well Sensory Lounge is a truly the most magical place in Stuart, Florida. This place radiates healing, heart, and high-vibe community energy. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an atmosphere that feels both grounded and elevated.

They have so many amazing practitioners here that are highly skilled, professional, and deeply committed to their unique healing modalities. Two of my favorites is the energy work from Amy, past life regression from Tracey and body from Jillian. They are all incredibly gifted people. It’s clear that what they are passionate about translates into their powerful treatments.

The owners, Tracey and Stephanie, are hands-down two of the kindest, most welcoming humans on the planet. Their genuine care and vibrant energy set the tone for the whole space. They’ve built something truly special that feels like home.

They also have an array of wellness technologies that are awesome!!! I have tried their PEMF therapy, vibroacoustic bed annd red light therapy and all of them are unique and truly healing.

Ohhh and of course their tonic bar! It’s next level. They offer delicious, health-supportive snacks and drinks that taste uhhhhmazing!!! It’s the kind of place you could hang out all afternoon, sipping something yummy and connecting with like-minded souls.

They also have amazing events. There’s always something going on there.

If you’re for a soul-nourishing experience, Spirit Well Sensory Lounge should be the first place to check out. It’s not just a wellness center it’s a vibrant, supportive community where healing and connection thrive!!!!♥️

We had an amazing work retreat at Spirit Well Sensory Lounge! We worked on personal goals and professional growth as a team throughout the day. We all left feeling more focused and aligned. We finished the day with a beautiful yoga and sound bath experience. Tracey and Amelia were the perfect duo to enlighten and motivate our team.

I was drawn to the Spirit Well Sensory Lounge by a thirst-- my experience left me never wanting to leave. From the moment I entered The Spirit Well and Lounge, there was a calming of the mind and body.

My visit was for a session in the VibroAcoustic Chair and Red Light Therapy. Shortly after donning the sensory eye shades and noise canceling headphones, I was transported by the orchestration of ambient sounds and carried along by the textural waves resonating throughout me. If you have ever tried the effects of a Tibetan Singing Bowl, this is what is feels like to become the bowl itself.

I have had three appointments with Jillian, the integrative massage therapist. I cannot fully describe how incredible the experiences have been. She is able to locate trapped energy within my body and release it. It has been LIFE CHANGING for me. So much of my pain has been resolved and I feel revitalized. What a wonderful tribe of high vibrational souls! I had the pleasure and privilege of attending the last few nights for two special occasions and it was blessed to consume a few of their specialty intentionally brewed teas, as well as join the group pot luck! What a blast of love I felt.
The atmosphere is carefully curated with love and gratitude, and you can feel the integrity of the souls that work there.

I had an amazing experience at this place – the atmosphere exudes beautiful, loving energy. I enrolled in the Shamanic Basics class led by Patricia Chrystycz, and it was truly wonderful. The class offered valuable insights, and I learned a lot. The gathering of incredible people led to several memorable shamanic journeys. The establishment also boasts a delightful elixir and teas bar, adding to the overall charm. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Thank you for the exceptional experience.

This place is pure magic. The owners are lovely souls that take a consultative approach to help you along your path of wellness. I love that this is a place where like minded people can learn and enjoy an open conversation while sipping a delightful wellness tonic.

Here are a few takeaways for those of you just learning about Spirit Well.
1) The membership is a screaming deal as you get 4 red light sessions, 4 biomat sessions, and 4 sound bed sessions per month. I have literally paid the amount of their monthly fee for one session on a sound bed so this is an amazing value.
-The sound bed is a great reset for your nervous system whether you are stressed and need to bring it down a notch or if you are low energy and need to energize yourself a bit. Those frequencies paired with binaural beats are powerful.
-The biomat is a great for relaxation and for helping your body release toxins with gentle radiant heat. The negative ions, amethyst crystals and infrared light have a laundry list of benefits.
-According to the Cleveland Clinic, red light therapy has visible benefits such as helping reduce fine lines, sunspots along with helping to heal skin conditions. The red light therapy reduces inflammation, stimulates the production of collagen, and increasing blood circulation.
2) They have amazing classes and events listed on their website. I have personally tried the yoga, aromatherapy, astrology and recommend them all highly. They have something for everyone.

I recommend a trip out to visit this wonderful space. I'm so glad that I did.
