More than 10 days ago I called about service. Promptly was transferred to that department and voicemail stated to leave a message and phone number.
Someone would return my call. Well, I'm still waiting.....

The woman's health department seems to be behind with service. Last summer and a month ago it was about 2 weeks behind consistently, now the phone message implies longer then that. I would think more staff would relieve this issue for both staff and customers. Linda

Very fortunate to have such amazing staff in store to help resolves issues in a professional manner and a quick manner as well…

Besides that this place is unable to process simple orders or even pack the orders properly to say the least. After 5 months of waiting on issues which they had caused themselves I was the one to blame and not receive any updates or even what’s going on for that manner. Sending me wrong equipment for machines I don’t own and unable to accepting it to be returned since they sent it to me was insane.

Today was able to speak to Ashley inside and she was able to fix the multiple errors on behave of this company. Sad that it takes having to complain multiple times before someone takes you seriously. Truly a shame. Would give zero out of five but Ashley held it down and made sure I left with my problems resolved. Please promote her at very least!

Provided a knee scooter from 1975 that made mobility even more difficult if thats possible on a non weight bearing foot recovery. $75 for a month of knee scooter. New ones that actually function and aren't broken go for $90 on Amazon. I feel like they knew the cumbersome nature of what they were giving me and said nothing. Just another way SSM is out for profit and not quality care

I wouldn't even give a one star. Noting but chaos from day from when the doctor ordered me the shower they claim that they didn't have the order had to go to the doctor again and the doctor's office even stated that it was in the computer. I called several times and never got a hold of anybody to resolve it so I took it upon myself to go in the store.They were very rude in there especially Deborah. My Dr ordered me a shower bench and the tried to give me a shower chair. I said that is not going to work, and Deborah said, "well your insurance won't cover both" and walked away I said I don't want both and I called my Dr and they said they could clearly see it was a bench that was ordered, and was going to resend it to her. Deborah comes back out with an attitude and said, "I'm not dealing with this just give me the shower bench." Awfully nice since that was the one that was on order. Then I proceed to leave after having ankle surgery and on crutches mind you you need help to you car with it. Horrible service!!

The company it self is amazing but the office building in fondy for ssm home not very helpful and the staff member that was helping get cpap mask was not very helpful and I won't see that lady again I will just call from now on but I don't understand if you actually have all the mask there for the customer to try on to see witch one is comfy and all why could I not do that.

I am now getting billed twice(another$1800) for the Same piece of equipment from SSM due to a change in my insurance.
It Was almost paid for and then they started the charges over from the beginning, in all that paperwork they make you sign they Don't disclose any of those hidden surprises.
This is all out of my pocket anyways due to my deductible!!!, I feel like I am being extorted.
Even worse their staff told me to YouTube or google the info because they didn`t know how to answer questions about how to use equipment they sold me.
I cannot believe how any of this is Legal.
