Sonia's interpreter should be removed from this office because she does not translate what one tells her, what the nurse says and always wants to say what suits her. She looks at people with a bad attitude, answers with a bad attitude and is very nosy, she gets into very personal things when she should translate exactly what one tells her and she doesn't do it, she gets too involved in personal things and that can't be like that. The receptionist is ready to retire and stay at home if she doesn't like serving the public in a good and respectful manner.

Not sure if they got a new team or employees but my most recent visit with Dr. Rice was very pleasant. They listened to me, had me tested for anemia all the same day. I'm extremely happy with how much of a difference it's been, even their waiting area was clean!!! It was almost 3 in the afternoon. Love to see it! Thank you

Absolutely horrifying. Doctors have way too many patients on their loads - Be sure to check how theyre billing your insurance - theyll overbill, overcharge, charge for things that never happened - they like to charge you $225 for telehealth appts knowing your insurance wont cover it. Its been over a year and they still send bills, when they have stated numerous times it would be "written off" due to their mistake (pretty sure this is insurance fraud). They tell you to call back in the am if you need a same day appt, you follow their instructions to do so and the person in the AM says sorry, we cant give you any appt. They have lost funding, so services are even worse. But they will cater to illegals because thats top rate$. Go anywhere else, even urgent care. If you need a referral, dont worry they wont send it. If you need med refill, also dont worry theyll never answer the phone or voicemails on the med request line. Also dont use their sstar specific portal - your messages and requests will never be seen by a human. This is your typical run of the mill money swindling health care setting

I have Dr rice for my PCP and I have loved him since day one. Has has helped me through Ssooooo many different situations over the past 3-4yrs and I have to thank him for how I am feeling today. I know a lot of people complain about him saying that he hugs his patients but he doesn't mean any harm by it. A lot of times people will say that they don't like him for different reasons but I really don't think it's him personally that people complain about, I think it is the company itself that he works out of .. They have Alot of things they need to work on including the staff, the appointments, and the wait times. I wish Dr. Rice had his own practice out of his own building.. I think the reviews would be much much better!! But I Love You Dr. Rice 💖 Jennifer L.

Very rude and unprofessional receptionist. Older woman picks up and when I request to speak with a nurse or my mothers doctor. She yells at me and states that she already told my mother that there is no walk-ins until Tuesday. When I explain that my mothers condition is getting worse and I need to speak to a professional so that I know what steps I need to take next or if we need to go to the ER. She says nothing and all of a sudden I am transferred and the phone rings and then I get a message saying that you cannot leave a voicemail. I have no idea who she transferred me to. Even with all that I’m in shock that this is how a clinic is run…..

I love my pcp when I'm able to make an appointment. I am constantly being transferred to a voice-mail that doesn't allow messages. I just got out of the hospital and can't even get the appointment to see my own doctor. I need referrals to see specialist and can't get through to anyone.
