Upon arrival, I had the best care by the group of nurses at St. Claire Hospital. I needed extra attention to get my IV started and they were very nurturing and caring throughout the almost hour of getting it started. No blame to them. The nurses were awesome and one nurse even helped me to relax and taught me to breathe during their efforts to start the IV. What a great team of nurses!

Went to the ER last week for a bad stomach virus and received nothing short of outstanding care from everyone I came into contact with. Within 10 minutes of arriving I was taken back, having an IV started and speaking with the doctor about my symptoms. Dr. Lee and my nurse (who had been there 18 years!) were caring and super explanatory of everything they were going to do. Even the X-ray tech and ultrasound tech were prompt, friendly and kind. Can’t recommend this place enough. For those concerned about wait times, I did notice the waiting area start to fill up as it got later in the afternoon, so the earlier you go, the better.

I think the staff in the ER are rude and insensitive. The staff need to understand that they are being PAID to be there. While the patients' insurances or themselfs will COST them thousands of dollars

People come to the ER on some of the worst days of their lives. They do not want to be there. But they are.

The staff at this hospital treated me like a burden. Constantly talking negatively about me at the nurses' station, which was rude and unprofessional. They ignored my request to give me my INSULIN after I had asked them multiple times to give me insulin because my blood sugar was high. Yet they took the insulin I had away from me. After having asked the social worker to ask one of the nurses again she said "Well I have diabetes and it's not that hard to manage" i then asked "which type" she said "I do not have to tell you that" (I have type one which is much harder to manage by the way). So this indicated she had type two and was being rude and mean. It was just cruel. Why was someone being cruel to me on my worst day? She should be fired.

They ended up moving me to the hallway and did not even give me a blanket after I was shaking and crying. My friend had to ask for one. After I got upset, I heard from the nurses station, "we got a rise outta her."

If I ever needed to seek the help that I needed and this was my only choice, I would not go back. This place was awful. I would just suffer or die.

My nursing staff were the best one could ever hope for. I ended up with three post surgery nurses due to an unexpected extended stay, three shift changes total, and they were all three the most empathetic and attentive nurses I could ever want. Thank you so much for helping me heal with your compassionate care . It really makes a difference in healing outcomes to have such loving and medically astute attention.

After being in a car accident my husband brought me to the hospital to be evaluated since I could hardly walk. The Dr. saw me right away and ordered tests. It took awhile for the tests but that was expected. Everyone was really kind but it the wait was pretty normal, but a lot better than other hospitals I've been to.

I was admitted on March 10th 2025 for full knee replacement. From the woman at the desk at 6:30 am to admitting me to the room to prep me for surgery to the operating room to recovery, then the floor I was admitted on because I ended up spending the night, I cannot say enough good things of the staff. I'd like to say thank you to Shauna RN. day nurse, Lana, RN, night nurse, Cynthia, day aide, Jenna night aide, Peter, day aide, Jonathon day PT. and Jimmy OT. Connie, hospital manager, Cindy or Shirley, lady at the front desk of the hospital and anyone else I may have missed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. All of you made my experience a pleasant one considering what I was there for. I would highly recommend this hospital. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional.

I had a great experience. The nurses that prepare me before procedure were very nice and informative, the doctors were the same. Everything went fine and I think since I was put under my neuropathy has loosen up lots and I have quite a more feeling in feet and lower legs.
Thanks much.
