Not pleased at all with my experience. I filled out the form online to get set up for a tour. I got an email from the director, Izzy a few days later asking about a good date and time for a tour. I specifically stated in the email a good date and time that works & also asked a few questions in my email. She then followed back asking for a good date & time for a tour, after I just said which date and time works best and also just ignored all of my questions. I blew it off & showed up to the tour. I rang the doorbell, I don’t think I ever would have been let in if a parent wasn’t leaving and held the door open for me. I stood waiting at the desk for 3-5 minutes before Izzy finally came out, looking confused and did not seem pleased to be giving a tour. It smelled like poop & bleach in the building. Izzy told me what all was included in the pricing, cool. Prices are probably the only good part here. The toddler room was dirty & all the kids had their water bottles piled together in a bin while they were outside, which is very unsanitary. Any time I had a question, I got looked at like I had two heads. After I left, I had more questions and sent a follow-up email to Izzy. Its been over a week and no response. I even tried to send another “following up” email. I’m very clearly being ignored. To the owner, I tried to blow off that the director is 22 but honestly the lack of communication here and the way I was treated truly shows the immaturity here. All the workers looked to be 18. You have now unfortunately lost out on money because of my poor experience and the terrible “director” not being able to communicate properly. I truly wanted to give this place a shot, but the way it is being ran is clearly a joke. Also, pretty odd that two 5 star reviews popped up out of nowhere with accounts with no other reviews after just getting another 1 star.

Amazing daycare! All the staff is welcoming and friendly, the children are extremely well taken care of. Updates in the app everyday, cleanliness is great compared to other centers we have seen. You wont regret choosing this center to keep your children safe and cared for!

Grandaught was
In the Bathroom by herself when my daughter show up to pick her up and the represendative had no idea where she was. She was bit by others at least two times a week with mo guidance and the. When they left due to these circomsrances they charged them a two week fee due to not returning. Who would do that?
