Good local place for Medical services, but unfortunately the onsite Laboratory only services patients that are seen in that Facility! They DO NOT do Labs for Quest Diagnostics!! Parking is 30 Minutes Free, & Pay after I didn't catch the rates. But ask your Doctor if they Validate Parking?

I love all the St. Jude staff members and providers. But if I have to mention one person for my personal hero, it would be the patient care technician Mr. Merchi : )) I was there for 5/23 - 29 and 6/25 - Cardiac Failure. I got extreme care from Mr. Merchi and I do not know how to thank him enough. Thank you Mr. Merchi and God bless you ^^

This is my first review i have ever written.
This doctor Cabral is the best. WE feel extremely fortunate
to become patients of Dr,Cabral.

We've never had to wait more then 10-15 min Before his nurse/s TAKE us BACK to the examination room. I know he is a very busy Dr ,but having said that he has always taken the time with us so we understand and to explain our options,
DR. Ruben CABRAL IS A REAL DOCTOR, and a great man.
We love you Dr.Cabral and your team.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was a prior patient and did not have any problems, but most recently trying to reestablish patient care has been a nightmare. Staff is disrespectful, doctor seems to be in no rush to support patients, no one seems competent to do their job, and overall customer service is lacking. If you have time sensitive needs I strongly discourage you from going here as they will give you the runaround and not make time to see you.

Overall I've had great interactions with St Jude and their staff, however this morning was a totally different story. My mother in law had an appointment, as we were walking in to check in at the check in desk, a young woman walked by my mother in law so fast that she almost knocked her down. She did not say excuse me or sorry. At first we thought it was a patient but then discovered she worked here. This was a very unpleasant experience by far. If i could give zero stars for this visit I would.

Love all the providers but the parking situation is intolerable. Since covid parking is free...but that has encouraged all adjacent medical visitors to park there so there is
no space for its own patients. Please get the paybooth online.

My mom was there for 10 days the service was bad and slow we wait long time to get help . She needed oxygen mas we begged for them to out the mask on and because it was turn change nobody did it and that killed my mom 😢😢
