My experience at St. Mary’s was outstanding, thanks to the exceptional care I received. The entire staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive, but Nurse Angeline (Angie) truly stood out. Her dedication and kindness went far beyond the standard level of care. She made sure I was comfortable, answered all my questions with patience, and provided constant support throughout my stay. Angie’s genuine concern and positive attitude brought so much comfort during a challenging time. I am incredibly grateful for her outstanding care and the exceptional service at St. Mary’s.

I traveled to WPB to have a major spine surgery with the Paley Clinic with Dr. Hariharan and Dr. Feldman. I was dreading this, even though it was needed. Surgery was successful but I was very weak. I stayed in Waters 3 afterwards to begin recovery. I had great care there with nurses like Ginny and Francie. After a week there, I was admitted to the inpatient rehab at the hospital where I stayed for 3 weeks trying to gain strength in order to safely go home. My PT and OT team were Victor and Katya. They are two of the best people I’ll ever know. I’m thankful for their kindness, guidance, and care. Amber was a nurse I had often and I feel the same way. She’s the best nurse I’ve ever had. Thank you St. Mary’s for taking care of this scared out of town spine patient. I’m forever grateful.

My mom was admitted to St Mary’s on 45th St in WPB and stayed for 7 nights.

The condition of the hospital was poor and the hospital is in lack of supplies and equipment - ran out of body cleansing wipes and limited walkers and more.

Though my mom had a single use room, the rooms was in poor condition and the cleanliness was below average. My mom believes to have seen rodents on one of her overnights.

RYAN G and Daniel / CASE MANAGER on Terner North were angels and took great care of my mom. They must be singled out for their compassion, care, follow up and kindness. It is unfortunate that not all on the floor were alike.

The Doctors that cared for my mom were great including Dr. Anna (last name is quite complex) and Dr. Hassan from neurology.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my stay at St. Mary's Hospital in September 2024, following a stroke. The entire staff was fantastic, making me feel comfortable and well cared for during a time when I was unable to care for myself.

I would also like to commend the outpatient therapy unit at St. Mary's. Everyone, from the scheduling team and front desk to the therapists, provided excellent care. They were flexible in accommodating my schedule and always ensured I was scheduled at my preferred time of the day. I am particularly grateful for Maddie, Heather, Laura and Kelsey, who worked directly with me and were all incredibly kind and supportive.

I wanted to share the positive experience we had at St. Mary’s this week. We had to take our daughter, who has autism to the ER and she was subsequently admitted for surgery the following day. From the moment we walked into the ER until she was discharged the next day our experience was fabulous. The staff ALL took their time with her( she is non verbal) to explain everything and what touched me as her mother, they spoke to her not about her. The care we received was top notch and the eventual outcome was positive. I want to give a special shout out to a young man named Reach, he was always so compassionate with her when he came into do her vitals, again explaining everything to her. He was just so kind and caring! An overall 5 star experience.

All of the nurses and practitioners at St. Mary’s Medical Center and the Paley Institute exceed all expectations in treatment and care. This was my second procedure done here and there is no where else I would have gone for treatment. The knowledge, expertise, and bed side manners of these professionals are unlike any where else. Special shoutout to my nurse Rose for prepping me for surgery, nurses Krystin and Sydney for caring for me post op, and lastly Dr. Katherine Miller. Dr. Miller has single handedly changed my life Not only by fixing my foot, but by exemplifying the compassion and professionalism as a practitioner I hope to adopt and demonstrate in my own professional career.

I am a patient who unfortunately suffers a lot of G.I. health conditions. If it wasn’t for my tremendous, caring, intelligent, and compassionate G.I., Dr Glenn Englander, I wouldn’t be here at St. Mary’s.

I have been to hospitals up and down the East Coast from John Hopkins in Washington DC, as far as the university of Miami. Lots of hospital visits, lots of medical staff and good and bad experiences.

Being a patient at St. Mary’s is providing me with a safe, haven to get well with Thoroughly trained medical staff not only in medicine, but with patient relations.

The staff here Works together to create an environment in which they thoroughly and genuinely care for you and get you healed.
Almost every hospital that I’ve been to, the nurses just sit around and talk all day. No respect for quiet or calmness.
At St. Mary’s. You just feel so calm and you know you’re on a way to recovery.

I have been embraced with their attentive, and caring nature. Honestly, they have concern for me and my well-being as a whole. They don’t have to do that. But, they do. Trust me, I could write another page about the tremendous Care.
