Absolutely impressive! If you require surgery, this is the place to go. All of the employees work together like a well oiled machine. They are friendly, compassionate and professional. I felt completely comfortable and safe throughout my entire visit. There is absolutely no discord, only omnipresent synchronicity. I confidently recommend Stanford Medicine Outpatient Services.

Worst Stanford clinic, for 11am appointment doctors don’t even show up 1 hour later. It’s quite ridiculous that Stanford has fallen this low in their service

Very friendly staff and quick response times, with less waiting times, make this place more good. For now the parking is limited, but they are constructing a new parking structure. They also have valet parking available for the people in need. The service desk, lounge are really good and makes you feel like you are in a luxury hotel :). Cleanliness is good. Spacious outdoor can be used to relax and also to have food.

I arrived at this Redwood City facility patient drop off / pick up with two senior residential passengers from my memory care department in Palo Alto, one who is permanently in a wheelchair and their spouse who cannot walk long distances, and we were greeted very rudely by the outpatient nurse in navy color scrubs. We were told to park away from the building and to that I replied yelling “Really!! You’re going to make two senior residents struggle through an entire parking lot!! One who is permanently in a wheelchair and their spouse who does not walk long distance!! Really!!” If it were my parents being treated in that fashion I would be upset and angry too! So then I was able to drop them off at the patient drop off and pick up, informed my employer of Ivy Park Palo Alto what had transpired from the outpatient nurse lacking professionalism of their job role, and they went back to pick up our Ivy Park Senior Residents, and they told my employer what had transpired as well. They were not very happy with the rude outpatient nurse, neither is Ivy Park!!

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Spencer. First one to give me a critical evaluation of my GI problems taking into account everything I said and my whole history. Excellent COVID safety practices, and all facilities are clean and pleasant. My only gripe is that appointments are so scarce. I wish every place was like this.

This place is a CLASS ACT! From the moment we walked though the door, it was smiles and friendly greetings. We were given directions as to where to go.At the check in desk the young lady was so professional and kind. She took our information and downloaded a CD of my mothers medical records, then told us we were all checked in. She told us where we could wait. A young nurse of Indian descent came out right away to greet us, she told us we were early and had two patients in front of us, but she would get us back to see the doctor A.S.A.P. She sure did, she came and got us, she even helped me with carrying our bags as I pushed my mother in her wheelchair. She took my mothers vitals and informed us that the doctor or his assistant would be along shortly. In walked Ruth a Nurse Practitioner took got all the required information for the doctor. She was professional and seemed concerned for my mothers wellbeing. In comes Dr. Steffner friendly greetings. Ruth gave him all my mothers information, we had unwrapped my mothers wound for inspection by the doctor. Ruth got the charge Nurse Sher to help me rewrap my mothers wound. Sher was so gentle ,so kind that both my mother and I were astonished by her outstanding mannerisms and performance. We were in awe! Next Sher took us to get x-rays, Sher also carried our bags. After the x-ray we went to see Sinai the Surgery Scheduler and again we were greeted with caring kindness. Sinai was professional and gave us paperwork and instructions for my mothers up coming surgery. We were all done now, my mother and I were amazed by the treatment we received on this visit. That's all we talked about all the way back home. Two hour drive to get home, we were both still in the clouds after a wonderful day at Stanford Health Care.

Visited for Covid-19 vaccination on 2/22/21 (Mon) around 2pm and they denied to vaccinate me even though I am a healthcare worker (under Phase 1a - Tier 3). While I was waiting in line a lady asked me for a proof of employment so I presented a letter from my employer but she spent less than five seconds and told me this isn't good enough and that I'm "not Phase 1A but rather 1B or 1C". I mentioned that many of my co-workers who presented the same letter got their dose at this clinic (1-5 days prior my visit) and one of her excuses was "maybe back then the state had more supplies...". I decided not to argue back because there are countless of senior citizens who probably needs those vaccines more than I do and at the time I was expecting this lady to know what she is getting paid to do. I am truly disappointed in this vaccination clinic how they lack consistency and apparently proper training of their employee(s).

Luckily I was able to get my dose at Kaiser Permanente... Just know that every time an essential/frontline worker gets denied of vaccination it is potentially a matter of life and death...
