Please avoid Dr Johri at your own risk.
On 12/20/23, She was unprofessional and hostile during a video visit. After repeatedly yelling at me, she hung up on me while I was trying to explain the reason why I needed her medical attention. This is the second time, I have experienced this cruelty.
I have complained about this doctor during my last office visit on 08/17/23.
She was nice to other patients, but she was very mean to me.
The hospital didn’t reprimand her. She is the cruelest doctor I have ever met in my entire life.

I have been coming to this medical facility for many years and never once have I had a bad experience like all the comments said. The Dr.'s I've seen have been great I see Dr. Karnani and she is a great Doctor. Ever since they became part of Stanford Health Care it has become difficult to get through on the phones for an appointment or just to speak to anyone but that's like that almost in every medical office. Their new phone systems do s...ck but everywhere you call is the same thing.

I work for Stanford after having Kaiser for decades I decided to switch to Stanford. My wife make her first ever appointment (ob) after 2 weeks of waiting they cancel her appointment they called us late in the morning also. Dr. Stays will be on procedure that's why we are canceled they offer us another appointment with in 3 weeks OMG. They don't have any available Md to take over that day unlike Kaiser. We ask for day off for this and its wasted. This place is a Joke. Planning to move to Kaiser next year. Stanford should check what they affiliate first.

BayValley has gone down hill since merge with Stanford. I have called time after time with emergency. I have had asthma attacks and you call and say they will contact Dr. You could die and no one contacts you.For things a Dr can see me for I have to go to ER and pay$........ That my health app is a joke.

We had a very bad experience with a pediatrician Dr. Hudson. She didn't seem to care about our visit. She came into the exam room, sat down, and asked what we needed. Terrible bedside manor for a pediatrician. Seemed like she didn't want to be there. Seemed like a very unhappy pediatrician treating children.

Very disappointing how I let my doctor (Dr.Hudson) know that I was going by to be 10 minutes and then later when I got to my appointment she didn’t want to attend me... I had to wait an hour and a half just so I could get my strong chest pains checked out.. When I walked in I heard Dr. Hudson laughing and talking! So why couldn’t she have seen my before? It’s clear she doesn’t like to work here.

That woman has the patience of JOB. Thankful for her she is thorough for sure.
