I've been coming to Stanford for over 25 plus years had to call Guest services to make a complaint on the terrible horrible services I got here. From the nurse that called my name to the front-end admin. I was within my 10 min window of being seen late they even called my name but refused to see me upon check in after my name was called, them when I asked to speak to the manager I was denied several times by the front end admin. They even refused to give me names went to the back and didn't even wait on me completely ignored me as if I was doing something wrong for having questions. I kept persistent on wanting to speak to someone finally a manage came out and refused to hear any of my concerns and refused to give me her name. I happened to record the terrible service and awful experience if you go to Stanford stay away from this location this Lady needs adequate training on how to handle customer complaints all there reviews are terrible because they have exactly this service Horrible!! This lady threatened to call cops on me because I had questions on why I couldn't be seen after my name was called by a nurse. As I left cop showed up and he heard me on the phone with guest services only to tell me that I was 10 mins late and that this lady said I was not welcomed back. "Trust me,I Won't be back to this location.!!!!"
Never had such of a horror nightmare experience Stanford has always been so good to me until today. I'm in complete utter shock. So grateful I recorded and took picts. I was in tears over the horrible experience I recieved here!!!!!

Love Dr TsaI, He's always welcoming. We always discuss what's going on medically with me, but he also finds the time to talk about how I'm doing personally. His diagnosis are usually on point. Thank You

Avoid Stanford at all costs - other local choices aren’t really great but these guys are the bottom of the barrel. Unwilling to break down and explain bills, and trying to charge for lab tests that failed to produce results (surgeon failed to collect sufficient samples).

I felt like I was waiting on the phone forever just to be transferred to someone else everytime I asked a question. And it took me to confirm my insurance wasn't approved by calling them days before my appointment.

I would try my best to avoid here. Had a new patient visit and several days later received a surprising bill!!! They don't tell you what service is covered by your insurance and once you used the service you have to pay the incredible amount of money for that.
