This rating is for the referral department. They are rude and they don’t even care about trying to get you the information you need for your referral. She’s no doctor whoever I spoke to and said well my son was just fine in an arm sling and that was that. I didn’t ask for her opinion I asked for my child information and needs to see the orthopedic she placed me on hold but hung up on me. When I was transferred to them they hadn’t even realized I was transferred they spent at least 3 minutes talking about how it was already 12pm and what they were eating for lunch and they replied to me rudely when I said hello as if I was interrupting their conversation. They need better staff here . The ladies who at least check you in are nice but the referral department lol what a freaking joke. I would give a below zero score for them if I could.

Went in for an appt I was told over the it was tomorrow at 915. I went and was told it was the next day. then I was told over the phone my appt was at 915 I got there at 915. By the same girl the girl in the front that looks like a bratz doll had her coffee delivered showed it to everyone walked across to the kids side to show them her coffee came back after I've been sitting for 45 min and she tells you don't have insurance. She said they check the insurance the night before so I'm guessing it wasn't done. I've been there at my appt on time and before and have to wait up 2hrs when I had arrived on time for my dr appt.

I don’t even know where to begin! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Schwartz for many years. The front office staff in the Moreno Valley location and the Riverside location all need to be fired! They are rude, and half the time they don’t know what they are doing! You will stand at the front receptionist desk for 15 min waiting to check in while the employees are talking and laughing amongst themselves. They are also very judgemental. In august I needed my medications refilled, the same ones I’ve been taking for years. Dr Schwartz advised me that he needed a urine sample done, no problem. Had it done, mind you, my name was not writen on the sample cup because again, they do not know what they are doing. 2 days go by and I get a TEXT MESSAGE from Dr Schwartz stating that he can not refill my meds because I had a large amount of alcohol in my system. FALSE! I couldn’t tell you the last time I drank. He said “so you’re willing to come in today and give us another sample” I was there within the hour, gave another sample then called IEHP to file a complaint, then before I know it, he drops me as a patient and said he will no longer provide services to me. I also needed a medical form filled out, which was filled and signed but disability rejected it because THEY forgot to stamp it, and now they refuse to stamp it because I’m no longer a patient there. This place is a nightmare, trust me when I say he’s being investigated now for many malpractices and I hope he loses his license and every staff there loses their job! Worse Dr and staff I’ve ever seen

Unfortunately have been dealing with this doctor’s office on and off throughout the last 24 years. By far, the WORST doctor’s office in the city of Moreno Valley. The Adult side takes the review on this. As a former patient, caregiver of patients, and mother of former patients, I have dealt with all aspect of this office and the service on the adult side is awful. Urgent cares provide better service. Stay clear, especially if you have an underlying medical condition.

The staff at this office is atrocious! Poor, rude, uncompassiante staff. This was our first visit. Dr. Robert Loera did not do a physical exam after dad had an amputation done, he needed to see a Urologist, and did not properly fill his prescriptions, after we told him my dad had not seen a PCP in 2 years. Then we kept calling to get the prescription sent over to the pharmacy because the medication was ready but they had not received the prescription from the doctor's office. Office staff does not take calls and do not return calls when leaving a message. This was a NIGHTMARE. How are the doctor's licensed or even open as a medical office. We are still waiting on approval for his prescription, it has been 3 months.

I have called the Moreno Valley office 4 times, and spoken to an office person twice to have my son's medication refilled and with no result, I understand that what whatever reason staff - doctors are on vacation, I understand however the lies and the communication is unprofessional, Just because you have medical degrees doesn't mean you have to treat your IEHP Clients/customer this way. I'm fed up with Moreno Valley, Location I will be taking my son to another Doctor so we can be treated with respect.

I have been going to this office for many years, I have seen a great transformation in the front office staff. They are caring, courteous, nice, they don't play, they aren't nasty to patients they're friendly they are awesome!
The doctors and nurses have always had empathy for their patients as well as compassion they care, they have Always been on point in the back office. They care about the well being of their patients and they take time with you they care!!! They're full of compassion and they don't sugar coat anything. I can always count on them to take good care of me. You guys rock, you're awesome, God bless all the staff.
