Wish I could leave zero stars. They billed my mothers insurance over $1000 for a wheelchair. Wheelchair became faulty about 7 days after the last payment. What they fail to tell you when they bill your insurance for the "wheelchair rental" is that if ANYTHING goes wrong it is $79 for someone to look at it. Yes, JUST TO LOOK AT IT. On top of whatever the cost is to actually repair the faulty wheelchair. Even the cheap $150 walgreens wheelchairs come with warranties and cover faults and damages. NOT with this company. Billing department Dena (I believe was her name, something with a D) was the RUDEST woman I've ever spoken to on the phone. This company in general takes advantage of senior citizens 100%. Fixed incomes, living in assisted living and demanding more to fix a wheelchair than the cost it is to buy a new one. A complaint will be filed in regards to this matter.

I will tell you now that you need to check your billing people. These last few months of dealing with your company has been nothing but horrible. You weren't like that before and I don't know why it's changed.
Asking me where my mother's money is, that's absolutely NONE of your business. And the " well we told you at the beginning...", honestly I understand that, but people also forget. It's sad that I now have to be just as nasty of a person to you that you are to me.

I work in healthcare and this was always my top pick for DME companies. Today I learned they no longer call the MDs to obtain the script…this was why they were my top pick DME company. As a therapist, I’ve always had to play the middleman between the doctors and DME companies. It’s so incredibly frustrating! But Stateline did that for us and made it so much easier and cut out my “middleman” position. They’ve stopped doing this now. I’m very disappointed and will no longer go out of my way to recommend/use them because they no longer stand out from any other DME company. Super disappointed!!!

Buyer beware and avoid this business, if at all possible. My mother bought a mobility chair from Stateline in May of 2019. The chair continued to give her problems and wouldn't work correctly. My brother drove the chair back to Richmond, IN, from Atlanta, where my mother was visiting me, to have Stateline assess and fix the problem. They supposedly fixed the problem. However, it still did not operate properly. We called the manufacturer (Drive) and provided them with the serial number to check on the warranty. Drive's records indicated the year of sale as 2017. Evidently, the mobility chair had sat in Stateline's inventory for two years. Stateline did not disclose this relevant fact at the time of mom's purchase. Despite several calls to Stateline, they refused to cover the repair costs, unless we bring the unit back to IN, once again. We ultimately had the chair analyzed in Atlanta.
The problem was that the battery had very low voltage. No doubt, a result of sitting in inventory for two years. Yet, Stateline did not replace the battery when my brother previously took the chair back to Richmond. The owner would not return our requests for a conversation directly with him. To add insult to injury, the employees we encountered were rude in handling this matter. Perhaps Stateline's service and customer care were good at some point, but our experience indicates that they no longer honor their Protocol for Resolving Complaints from Medicare Beneficiaries. Ultimately, we had a company in Atlanta replace the battery and the chair now operates correctly. However, we had to pay the cost of the battery's replacement. We intend to present our case and dissatisfaction in every means possible to us. Get your equipment and medical supplies elsewhere!!

I work for a Homecare agency and a couple of years ago this company was top of my list for DME. Not sure what happened but I am very disappointed in the service from this company. Several times recently I have faxed orders and called and the client never got the equipment. Their standard answer is always “we didn’t get the order”. If you are smart, use another company.

This place is a joke. I should have listened to other people about they're experiences dealing with them. Don't waste your $39.00 for their acessment of repairs on a Quantum edge the repairs are no different than any other pride mobility repairs they said they couldn't work on custom made chairs they don't make custom made chairs so they just don't want to repair it because they really just thought they could make a sale of a chair that I can't have till 2021. And the frustration has grown since I told them I wouldn't use their company when I could get a new one because they wouldn't listen when I told them current chair was paid by medicare in 2016. Writing my State and Federal Senators and Congressmen as well will go to T.V. media and get this story out.
