Quick, attentive service at this clinic. I was able to make an appointment the day before, and only had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. There's parking available, which is super helpful in this part of town. Please be patient and kind with the workers - this clinic serves a high volume of folks, takes insurance (including medi-cal), and is a great accessible option for low-income folks.

I was skeptical as first due to the location and exterior but I was pleasantly surprised! The doctor and nurse was so nice to me and I was in and out quick! Recommend coming as early as possible as when I was leaving the waiting room was PACKED

My experience at STD Free Los Angeles was a pleasant and positive one. They’re very friendly and helpful, I didn’t have to wait very long at all to be seen. Everyone that worked there was kind to me and seemed to care about me and every patient. I’m so grateful for the convenience and location being really close to my home. I was able to get all my testing done in a timely fashion. They follow up fast with you via email, call, and or text. I would highly recommend getting your testing and other health services done here. Great job everyone most definitely 5 stars across the board!
