I saw her because my provider was booked. I will refuse next time. She doesn't listen to understand. It is her way or the highway. I was even shamed by saying "you should know better". I want a provider that listens and is willing to work with me for a treatment plan as I like holistic care. Never again with her.

I am leaving the practice due to Stephanie Silva. She is unprofessional and cares nothing about me or my health. I used to see Dr. Kelly and Dr. Lazet. This woman only cares about what she deems is is "right" in terms of a patient's age. She doesn't care about what a patient feels is right for themselves. She is rude and unprofessional and I am leaving the practice and aiming to see an actual professional. She is horrible. She doesn't care anything about anyone. It seems to me she only cares about her own practice and no one matters to her.
