Transgression 1: they postponed a problem visit for 1 month pre pandemic, 4 post.
Transgression 2: they changed the location of my visit last minute, and prevented me from seeing a doctor that I had a referral for. I saw a nurse instead. The nurse was nice, but wasn't able to help me resolve the reason for the visit. I was still charged for a specialist visit.
Transgression 3: they lost my blood work. When I hunted it down, I had to tell at the receptionist to even get scheduled for a prenatal appointment. I never got one, and they never explained how the appointments would work to me.
Transgression 4: They misspelled my name, leading to me having to fight with my insurance to cover with them
Transgression 5:I had to call my primary care to explain pregnancy safety and prescribe medication to keep me out of the ER ( I was throwing up too much according to the 911 nurse)
Transgression 6: when I transferred to a new obgyn, they never communicated with the new office or sent over forms I requested. I had to re do all fo those tests with the new place.
It gets 1 star because the nurse who did my pap smear was nice if not informative.

They can't schedule you in any sooner than a month no matter what's going on. Also first visit they scheduled me for the wrong location.
