Dr. Mariano has the worst ability and attitude towards patients. She refused to see me because i was a patient of Dr Brennan who let the practice, shove me off to go see some other ortho 20 miles away, when i insisted on being seen I got the run around and asked to do unnecessary tests that do not have availability for 6 weeks. She does not have the ethics to be a doctor. Very very disappointed as I need a surgery done to fix my hand urgently and not be sent around in circles

"Terrible Experience During Ultrasound"

My partner and I came here for what was supposed to be a beautiful first-time experience seeing our baby during a pregnancy ultrasound, but it was completely ruined by the technician. A young blonde woman who attended to us was extremely rude and unprofessional, with zero empathy or communication skills. Her attitude made an important and emotional moment feel stressful and unpleasant. I would not recommend this facility for anyone expecting compassionate care during such personal milestones. Very disappointing.

Dr Jade and his staff are the best out of this large group. Dr Jade really listens to his patients and trusts that his patients know certain things about their own bodies. His staff has always been very helpful and more caring about their doctors patients than other offices I've run through in my life and I am 60. Thank you for all you do for us and to help us.

They Scheduled me 6 months out then, the doctor went out of town two weeks before my appt. They rescheduled me another 5 months out , finally called me two days before my appointment to say the referral is too old and they can’t see me unless I can get to a doctor and get another within two days. You’re better off going anywhere else.

Absolute nightmare. Receptionists do not answer the phones during business hours. Claim was submitted with the wrong codes, gave up and paid my bill which should have been covered after 9 months of calling without any assistance for submitting a corrected claim. Avoid at all costs; incredibly incompetent.

I was pleasantly surprised this morning when I received a follow-up call to make an appointment to see Dr. Lombardo regarding my shoulder. The young lady's name is Jayda. Her phone voice is remarkable. She is very thorough, kind and very professional. We need more "Jayda's" in the world when making Dr appointments because then it would be so "oh gosh, I have to call and go see this Dr" phone call. Thank you Jayda for making my morning and thank you Steward Group for hiring such a very professional young lady.

The 5star is for Dr. Shapiro, Trey McMullen and staff. I would give a 2 star for front staff never answering phone during business hours. I just left another message can someone please call me back!
