The WORST hospital / primary care / customer service I’ve ever experienced. They’re affiliated with Holy Family, so this tracks because Holy Family is just as bad. Every single employee is rude & miserable. if you work in a hospital, you’re dealing with clients that are in PAIN or uncomfortable Or DON’T FEEL GOOD so have some kindness, or don’t work in a hospital / doctor’s office. Their “customer service” is pathetic.

I find it crazy that they will send out a letter telling you your July appointment is canceled but rescheduled for November.
Is this supposed to be good customer service? I think not.

This place is awful, i never even met my actual doctor only seen primary care physicians. now my doctor is leaving the practice and I've been rescheduled twice after being released from the hospital and I need to follow up.
