Best Drs office I’ve been with in a very long time my mother and grandfather has been seeing them for years. I had an injury at work and they were able to help me with everything I needed. They care about their patients 💯 Dr Tiffany and her father are great people.

please train your staff who handle the call for appointment and insurance verification. I called to schedule one last Friday, because my husband recommend me this place. He comes here for primary care so i thought might as well i come to this place for mine. I called and told the staff that i'm new patient and ask them and double check if they take my insurance. She said i need an authorization or to assigned one? I told her that we have a first responder military insurance that my husband uses for his primary care here, and my plan is a PPO so i get to choose whatever primary care i want. I just want to double check with them if mine goes through. That staff doesn't know how to answer me and she hang up on me!! I called again and she deliberately put me on hold for more than 10 minutes, so i hang up. I'm sure she wasn't busy, i'm 100% sure she did that intentionally because from her voice she sound like she didn't know what she is doing. I called again, they hang up on me again!
Lastly i try to call again after 15 minutes, someone pick up, ask me why i'm calling, and finally schedule me for one.

Wait Time 2023 - again (no change, very bad and even worse)
Undoubtedly Dr James is great. But never ever the staff and wait times, although you have appointments, unacceptably worst. I have been going to this doctor's office for about 7 years, I have posted review last year too. This year also, I have had waited 1 hour 30 minutes in waiting area and I lost patience to be called. More or less same experience every time in my visits. No complains on the doctors, but this wait times are horrible.

Wait time - 2022
I have been going to this doctors office for about 6 years , I always missed to post the review due to Dr James, he is so nice. However the delay that you will have to wait for your turn, is more than 30minutes in waiting room, 10-15 minutes wait for vital, 30+ minutes to doctor come and see you, easily you end up 2+ hours, although you have scheduled appointment. More or less same experience everytime in my visits. No complains on the doctors, but this wait times are horrible

I have been using Stewart and Stewart Medical for over 30 years. But I'm changing my doctor's office due to not being seen in a timely manner. They use to squeeze me in in case of emergency. But not any more. They don't call for referral's from my insurance company. I can't get my my eyes checked and I'm suffering from C.O.P.D. and asked for breathing treatment machine to help me breathe but like every thing nothing. I guess they got to big or the staff just doesn't care. Dr. John and James are great . It's a shame that I have to look for another doctor's office.

Called to schedule an appointment because a family member with my same health insurance referred me to this medical group. The receptionist rudely stated multiple times they don't take the health insurance (despite me explaining my family member had just been seen a couple weeks ago with the same insurance) and then hung up on me mid-sentence. Poor experience.

Decided to find a new doctor around me after getting a insurance with my new job. Dr. Stewart was in my medical group and people seemed to like him, so I decided to give them a try. Signing up wasn't too bad and I was able to book a new appointment the very next week. At my appointment, I was seen by a medical student doing his residency, but Dr. Stewart came in afterwards to make sure I was taken care of and asked if I had any questions. He was very nice and I felt comfortable with any questions. I also had some samples done, but it was very quick. Overall, I feel pretty satisfied with my visit and definitely will be making my primary doctor here!
