I had an amazing experience at Stiles Dental Group! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Shannon, who cleaned my teeth, was incredibly patient and accommodating throughout the entire appointment. She made sure I was completely comfortable. I was even given a blanket and a neck rest, which made all the difference. I honestly almost fell asleep during the cleaning! That's how relaxing and gentle the whole experience was. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-notch care in a calm and friendly environment.

AMAZING!! If I could give 100 stars I would!! I had a true fear of dentist before I found Dr. Stiles and his team! They are all absolutely wonderful, from my very 1st appointment with Shannon(she is an angel on Earth) she eased my fears and helped me every step of the way! I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience at Stiles Dental Office. Initially, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff was friendly. I had an appointment scheduled, yet I still waited over 30 minutes without any explanation or update. I figured maybe they were extremely busy with other patients until I was finally called back and the only other patient was a lady in the waiting room with me.
This is when I noticed the staff appeared rushed and inattentive. I didn’t feel like my concerns were heard or addressed thoroughly, and I left with more questions than answers. Communication throughout the visit was poor, and I didn’t feel valued as a patient. I'm assuming this was because I was a new patient scheduled as the last patient on a Thursday afternoon and the office is closed on Friday.

I understand that things can get busy, but consistent professionalism and courtesy are the bare minimum in healthcare settings. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider returning or recommending this office to others.

I paid out of pocket for services that were 100% covered by my insurance. When I brought this to the office manager's attention she argued the services were not covered and decided to send me the billing codes she used. Unfortunately for her, I majored in Electronic Health Records and have run a billing and coding service in the area for 8 years. I shared the codes were incorrect for the service I received and shared the correct codes. She then quit communicating with me instead of offering an apology or even attempting to rectify the situation by correctly billing me.

I understand mistakes are easily made but this mistake could have been just as easily corrected. Because of the inappropriate management of this situation, I will not be returning here and I recommend current patients to reach out to your insurance provider to insure you are being billed precisely.

If you want to have the best dental experience, this is the place to go to!! The staff is so kind, friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, supportive and more! The moment you walk in their lobby waiting room you feel at ease and colorful!! Shannon their hygienist is absolutely amazing and incredible, she will take good care of you for your teeth cleaning and deep cleaning needs. Dr. Stiles makes you feel comfortable and he truly has a caring heart and understands how this is a nervous experience for those who are uneasy about seeing a dentist. They took excellent extra care with me, and they will with you too. They love your feedback whether it’s good or bad, they want to know how they can improve their practice and they truly do care about their clients. So grateful I found them!!

I am almost 80 years old and I had my first appointment with Stiles Dental Group yesterday (5/22/24). Shannon Parton was the Hygienist who cleaned my teeth, what few teeth I have left. It was the very best cleaning appointment that I have ever had. She was very gentle and was very interested in what my needs were. After Dr. Stiles looked at my teeth they designed a plan for me to restore my mouth with a full set of teeth. I had thought that I would never be able to afford something like that, but I was pleasantly surprised when Shannon explained it all to me. If you are looking for a dental office that has your best interest at heart, then they are the ones. I am happy to give them five stars!!!

Recently moved from Atlanta where I had a HORRIBLE dentist, and dreaded going. I found Dr. Stiles here that I loooooove going to see!!! They’re very accommodating, the facility is always clean, and I truly feel like I’m more than just another patient. Dr. Stiles and his team have found the perfect balance of working on a great care plan for my dental health, all while being very transparent about costs/what I can expect to pay. Anytime I hear someone even considering looking for a dentist, I’m happy to brag on this office!
