Kris is a very thoughtful therapist who is highly compassionate and well-trained in both EMDR and IFS. I have worked with her closely for several years in a professional capacity. Kris Menard is a Exceptional therapist. I begged her to take me during Covid ! That was one of the best move I ever made. She is crazy smart, kind and intuitive. Kris is a very experienced diverse therapist. She works with first responders, teenagers, and people dealing with, or going through trauma. You’ll be lucky if you can get an appointment with her, but I would definitely try if you’re looking for a brilliant therapist that can really make a difference in your life.
