I've gone to Stoneman 4-5 times over the last few years and have nothing bad to say about them, they've helped me well with numerous different medical issues I'm always seen relatively quickly and have always been treated politely by all staff members. As someone who's had some truly awful care at out of state urgent care centers, I wish places like Stoneman were the standard everywhere.

Dont come here. Go to your Primary or ER. This urgent care is the equivelent of a dollar tree.

Google is a better health care provider than this place.

Have come here a few times since covid started.
Waited for a hour.
Staff gives the impression you are a inconvenience to them.

Checked vitals, swabbed and sent me on my way. Did nothing for me and paid little mind to when I informed the nurse I was waking up , gasping for air, vomiting brown and yellow mucus.

I had a fever on and off, highest was 103. Chills, body aches, dizzyness. Both my kids got sick as well.

Dr asked a few questions and was out of the room before I could talk to him about issue.

Drink lots of fluid. Thanks.

Then came the bills. The other checks had been covered by my insurance. The last one, a whoping 500+ bill wasent. Insurance was confused and said yes, these visits should be covered so when I called the billing: It took three people, two of which were rude, to hear me out. A month later I was resent the bill. My insurance informed me they never were resent the bill.

So I paid and left this steaming review on you listing.

Significant disappointment. Took my teenage son to the Urgent Care section after experiencing flu type symptoms. We got right in, so that was nice. The PA explained that he would test for Strep, Covid and the flu. Though he tested positive for Flu - something I had to proactively determine via an online portal - the PA refused to treat it. There are no less than 3 Flu specific medications available… long gone are the days of the 1950s… but no treatment provided. He was quick to run all the expensive tests… with a smile… but knew in advance he would do nothing about the results other than send us on our way. Seems like they are more interested in gathering test fees than true treatment of diagnosed patients. Simply disappointing.

This was my first and last time going to this facility. I went in for an MRI and no one was attending the front desk. After following confusing signs, I found the small room where a nice woman, eventually, got me registered by the end of my appointment. I was given a shirt and pants to change into, but the shirt was too small. I asked if they had a larger size or perhaps a gown to drape around me. They did not. So, I had to make adjustments to my own shirt in order to proceed. I walked up a large platform to where the machine was located and was given earplugs to help with noise. They were earplugs, not earmuffs with music piped in like most other facilities offer. I am familiar with the MRI process and was surprised that there was no communication throughout the scan. Usually, the tech will check in on you to see how you are doing or will keep you informed of how long certain images will take and will remind you of the noise. I found my tech to be rude and short with me. The one time I was contacted during the scan was to tell me the imaging was unclear and I was asked if I wanted to proceed. Not knowing how to respond, I asked if we could contact my doctor's office to see if he still wanted the scan done with the quality of the images and the tech just kept repeating that the scan has nothing to do with the doctor, which was a ridiculous statement. Before I was done speaking, I was already being moved back into the machine and was told that we'll just keep going since we were almost done. I was never so glad to get out of an appointment.

I was in and out of the urgent care in less than an hour. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Everything was very clean. Most of all I loved the Dr.
His name is:
Robert Baginski MD. I would go there again and recommend it highly!

I'll definitely be returning here for future lab orders. It's great to be able to walk in with lab orders and no appointment and be seen within minutes. And I love that I can access the lab results through the Emerald Physicians (my PCP) web portal.

Likewise, immunizations at the pharmacy were delivered quickly by friendly staff.

Outpatient radiology was unhelpful and slightly rude. Apparently the order I had for the tumor on my son's leg was missing the doctors name so they were unable to help me? The xray technician begrudgingly gave me thier card, with fax number, so I could resolve the issue myself and have it done today. Because he was missing school to have it done for an upcoming appt in Boston, it neededto be taken care of. Never mind the fact that this is a stressful time for anyone, I also work for CCHC and when this situation occurs where I work we simply call the providers office for clarification. She also wouldn't let me go back with my child who is a minor, siting Covid policy as a reason. Again I also work for CCHC and I know that when a minor is being treated a parent is in fact allowed to be present. I'm very saddened by the way we were treated today.

I'm here for an x-ray. I take two different immunosuppressants. I wear a mask everywhere. There are signs all over the building saying that masks are required. Yet, the lady sitting next to me has hers around her chin and the technician didn't say anything to her. The last then took her mask off as she came out from the back. The technician then complained to me about it. Then she had an attitude because my x-ray order didn't tell her what needed to be done. It does. I read it. She gave me such an attitude that I asked her if she would prefer of I go somewhere else. Then she couldn't enter it into the computer. I had to ask her for my order back twice and I left. As I left, she called out "I'm sorry if I'm annoying you." She clearly cannot do her job.
