I relocated to the area last spring and needed to transfer my care. I had a physical scheduled with Dr. Bishai but she couldn't do it until the summer. She did a telemed visit instead so she could refill my prescriptions (no changes needed.) She requested bloodwork which I didn't think was odd and then I returned for my physical in the summer.
Guess what? No physical. It was a "follow up". I was charged for two office visits and my bloodwork and I never had a physical in 2023 nor was my bloodwork covered. Nothing was wrong with me! As I was leaving, they told me I could have my physical on January 10th, 2024.
Dr. Bishai leaves the practice, Enter Dr. Neal. They tell me that Dr. Neal will do my physical. I arrive and wait 20 minutes in the waiting room. When I am taken back, I am told again that I am not getting a physical. It will be another "follow up" visit. To what? There is nothing wrong with me!
It used to be that they had to be careful that you didn't bring forth any issues to your physical. Now they are trying to turn my well visits into an office visit. Not an ethical practice. I left.

Significant disappointment. Took my teenage son to the Urgent Care section after experiencing flu type symptoms. We got right in, so that was nice. The PA explained that he would test for Strep, Covid and the flu. Though he tested positive for Flu - something I had to proactively determine via an online portal - the PA refused to treat it. There are no less than 3 Flu specific medications available… long gone are the days of the 1950s… but no treatment provided. He was quick to run all the expensive tests… with a smile… but knew in advance he would do nothing about the results other than send us on our way. Seems like they are more interested in gathering test fees than true treatment of diagnosed patients. Simply disappointing.

Very upset about my experience with Stoneman. Dr. Habeeb is good and her staff are nice, but the billing system they use is just not right. The best way to describe it is preditory. It's hard to feel like Stoneman is making my health a priority. Twice now I've been billed for well visits (which are supposed to be covered at 100%). And when I call to have this corrected, I have to rehash the detailed personal conversation that I had with the doctor with random office staff, billing and insurance agents... and the charge wasn't corrected.

If you're comfortable being nickel and dimed by Cape Cod Heath billing and rehashing private health details with everyone in the office, maybe you'll be comfortable as a patient here. I feel very sad to have to leave this review.

Dr. Habeeb's staff is very reliable and responsive which is so important in overall visit experience. And Dr. Habeeb herself takes such good care of me!

Would not recomend Dr Bishai for the elderly. She doesn't seem to understand their needs or have the patience to listen.
