Jessica, CMA, and Annie, PA had the sweetest, most down to earth personalities. They were quick and easy to provide some relief and next steps, and they were both fantastic at just listening and communicating. The sweet receptionist was so kind and made the check-in process smooth and even found a cost-savings for me to not pay so much to be seen. I was in and out in less than an hour thanks to the efficiency of everyone working in this office.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. This place is a waste of time and money. And God forbid you have to call and get any lab results. I had multiple missed calls from here where they never left a message. When I finally figured out where the number was coming from. I called them. And got put on hold literally 20 minutes. I hung up and called back. Finally got someone to tell me that they called about lab results and when I went to ask about x rays, I got told to have a good day and hung up on without an answer. Absolutely ridiculous.

Excellent staff and facilities! Friendly and caring. I'm traveling for work. Had an infected cyst (painful) 😫. They got me in and out in less than an hour. Comfortable and clean place. Made sure I knew how to care for my issue while healing.

For a first time ever visit at Urgent Care was absolutely the most amazing experience I've ever experienced, my providers was friendly, kind, caring and thoughtful. They listened to me and understood the assignment checked me out and seen exactly what I have been trying to tell my personal care doctor which who seemed to not know what's going on or should I say who seems to not care...but anywho I was blown away by the way I was treated not only as a patient but a person as Well that made me feel good just to be in that atmosphere, and I would Most Definitely be returning for future visits from now on Thanks 👍 you Guys at Urgent Care!!!!

I was extremely sick when in arrived at Stopwatch. Two staff members helped me to the door and assisted with the paperwork. The lady at the front was extremely professional despite my immaturity. Jessica was friendly and helpful. She needs a raise. The PA was thorough and gave great take home instructions

I set up an appointment to go to Urgent Care. All of a sudden as I was heading down that way, I got a text saying due to staffing issues your provider visit will be an in-clinic virtual visit, we will be able to evaluate, test, and treat virtually today. Thank you! After receiving that message, it's fortunate that I didn't make it all the way down there! I was expecting an in-person evaluation. A virtual visit in-clinic seems like an odd setup and they're just having me sit in a room and talk to a provider on a screen instead of seeing me face-to-face. I needed physical care, like a hands-on exam or certain tests. Some things just can’t be properly assessed over a screen. At the spur of the moment, I had to find another location to go to!

I am grateful for stopwatch on 80 in ladonia. They get you in there quickly, they assess you correctly, and get you back into good health with prescribing medications or giving shots whatever is necessary. I am so grateful for their services and the doctors as well as everyone else is so kind there. That would much rather go there than any ER around. Thanks y'all
