This office is the more unresponsive medical staff I have encountered in a long time. I left 3 messages for call back yesterday; and no one returned my call.

After several more attempts I finally found the individual I need to talk to and left a couple of messages. She finally returned my call, but I was out. So I'm trying again today and no response yet.

I'm trying to reschedule a procedure that THEY cancelled and I'm not having any success.

Do they ever return calls?

I saw L. Wood today and had an excellent appointment. She was engaging, caring, and solutions driven. She immediately told me what my issues could be and the reasons why. She told me what our plan of action would be and why. I was super satisfied with our personal and professional connection and look forward to my follow up in a few months.

Office/front desk stay are so rude always have been it's like it is a requirement to be rude to work here. The care I received from the dr pretty much the same. I've never been made to feel so uncomfortable ever. I have decided to go else where for my care

Any time I have a missed call from this office and call back to inquire the reasoning, no one ever knows anything. I was put on a waitlist for a sooner procedure and possibly missed out on the opportunity because of miscommunication and disorganization. And yet I'm the one who receives an attitude from the staff member who answered the phone? Uncool.

Hard to get through to anyone - unfriendly and unhelpful office staff. Don’t call between 11:30 am and 1:00 pm - they all take a 90 min lunch. Nearly impossible to make an appt w our Dr - told it will be 6 months or more even though there’s a problem NOW! Won’t schedule appts with other Drs in office if ours is unavailable / they don’t make “sick “ office visits and for someone in need of a med that will help the patient feel better, there’s no urgency to have Dr review and approve it. We’re on day 2 waiting to see if the needed med will be called into pharmacy
