Better not need to call the on call doctor during lunch! My son was having an active allergic reaction and I got routed THREE different times to the answering service and was told to call the on call line - which is what I had called to get there. I demanded they patch me through instead and was told “oh we can’t do that the office hasn’t closed for lunch yet”… they why was I not able to get through They said it was because the office was busy and they could leave a message or I could try calling again in five minutes, but again my child was having an active reaction to something and I needed to talk to someone!

Dr.entwhistle was the best but recently retired now we have Donna dunn and she is absolutely amazing. Very caring and to the point

I just had my baby a little over a month ago. So, I have visited this location three times now with Dr. Clements. So far, I have loved the staff. Dr. Clements is fantastic. The nursing staff is fantastic. They are so good with my baby and you can tell they enjoy their jobs and interacting with the little ones. I wish I knew the name of the woman at the front desk but she is super friendly and attentive. She is also very helpful (I was having a little bit of an issue with my insurance) She let me know I had to do it (post partum brain is fun lol) She called me to update me that it hadn't gone through yet, and then called again to let me know that it finally updated. All different days mind you. She went out of her way to make sure I was doing what was needed. And like I said before, post partum brain can be tough, so having the reminders was so helpful! I would absolutely recommend this location for pediatric care. 😁

I took it personal when the woman on the phone was completely rude to me and basically called me a liar when I told her the phone said they were closed at 2:10 pm Monday when I called to reschedule my appointment but after reading the other reviews I see that I am definitely not alone. And I'm not the only one that got the message about them being closed. Unfortunately they are the only pediatrician in the area that accepts my insurance and I have 4 kids so I guess I will be going to them until I can get something else set up. If you have a choice, I say go elsewhere. Not to mention I signed releases with them about a month ago now and they only got records for 1 of my 4 kids so far. They tell me the fax number is wrong but I called and checked and it is not. I also gave them the phone number to the Dr so they could call and check but still no records. I haven't even met the drs yet and I'm already completely disappointed in this place.

My toddler has been a patient for about a year. Anytime he has been sick (which is often), the nurses who answer the sick line have been responsive, kind, and helpful. They always find a way to fit him into the schedule when the situation warrants a visit and are very empathetic to anxious parents.

I have had a positive experience with every doctor/NP/nurse here, but Dr. Rainville is especially wonderful. She always allows time for questions and addresses any concerns. She helps the child feel comfortable during exams and has exactly the right warm, calm demeanor for treating little ones. She remembers details from prior visits and doesn't forget to call in medications or send referrals, which is a relief for busy parents. You can tell she truly cares about her patients.

I have been going here since my daughter was born, I usually never have an issue. The front desk was amazing as usual, BUT the nurse practitioner on that I spoke with at approx. 4pm was extremely rude to me. my daughter came home from school with what I believe strep throat for now the 3rd time, she didn’t allow me to ask any questions or didn’t even want to give me the time of day. I had asked if I could bring my child to be seen in the morning she said “we don’t do that here call, you’ll just have to call in the morning and deal with it then” I stated that they’ve in fact done that many times there, she just wanted to get me off of the phone. It makes me nervous people like this potentially have our childrens lives in their hands. When their day is close to end it seems to no longer matter.

It took two minutes just to get connected to her, within 30 seconds to a minute she had me off the phone. No childrens nurse should be this unpleasant.

After a visit at sturdy hospital i was advised to call here for my pediatric needs. I was happy to call since i had brought my daughters here years ago before we moved away, upon calling though contrary to what the hospital told me they said they only take babies, then was hung up on before i could even respond or ask for another place to call. I’m blown away how rude and unhelpful they were.

Dr. Rainville is a terrific doctor. Never in a hurry and always answers any questions you or your child may have. I have the utmost confidence in her. Wonderful doctor!! One hundred percent better then her predecessor.
