If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was a patient of Dr. Muriglan’s for years and I put up with the terrible office because she was a good provider. She left, and now I see NP Emily Weibel. She’s alright I guess? But the office is horrible. They have canceled my physical *FOUR TIMES*. Not once did I want to reschedule. I have also asked repeatedly to switch doctors or to speak with management and these requests have been ignored, hence the review. The people who work in this office are probably overworked/understaffed but they are often rude, cold, and unkind (which sucks because it’s a medical office! I’m never calling for fun!!!). It just sucks. I guess they can continue sucking because waitlists for new primary cares in the area are 18-24 months, so they’ve got no real reason to improve.

Under Dr. Amit Johnny Grover's care for the past few years, I can confidently say that he is an exceptional doctor. His kindness, dedication, and expertise make him stand out in the world of primary and elder care. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that he is fully prepared for each visit, thoroughly studying one's history and being proactive in his approach. What sets him apart is his ability to not only look for important signs but also to truly hear what his patients are saying, both verbally and non-verbally. He's young, intelligent, and forward-thinking. I could not have chosen better.

It is too bad what has happened to Mansfield Health since their Medical Director left. They are poorly trained/managed. They called to cancel my physical that was scheduled 6 months ago b/c that time is no longer a "physical" time. They said I can reschedule for sometime next year! They even said to me on the phone that "a physical is not very important".

I’ve read extremely negative reviews, but I had to decide for myself. Saw a specialist once and was scheduled for a return visit, but it was cancelled, due to an emergency. Doctors are people, too, so, of course, there will be personal situations.
At the time of the call, I was at another appointment, waiting for the doctor to come in the room. Shortly afterwards, I let the young lady know I’d have to call back, when I had my calendar in front of me.
I finally called today, and explained the situation. First, this different young lady behaved as though she had no idea what was going on. I explained myself and she seemed frustrated, when I mentioned the doctor cancelled, due to an emergency. Her response was, “Life happens!” I work for a surgeon and would not speak to my patients that way. My response was, “I’m well aware situations occur, because doctors are human and I work for one.”
I asked if there was any way to speak with a provider, to discuss some of mine concerns, as it would likely be weeks or months, before I could be rescheduled. Due to reactions to some medications and pain, I didn’t think that was unreasonable. She never answered my question.
From there, she proceeded to say she couldn’t find anything and would have to call me back or put me on a cancellation list. In between that time, she proceeded to ignore me and began speaking with someone in the office. I asked if we were finished. She simply replied she’d have to call me back or put me on a cancellation list. I paused and she yelled, “Ma’am, there’s no need to be so negative!” I was taken aback and replied, “Thank you for your time and enjoy your afternoon.” After that, I ended the conversation.
I’m mine own advocate and cannot place my care in an office that endorses this treatment of a patient. Actively seeking another specialist and I’m sure the practice couldn’t care less.

I have never left a review in my life.
My primary care transferred to this office. I have been trying to get in touch with them for 4 months. I have had 4 successful phone calls go through to which I have been told the office will reach out to me. Every other time I have called the call has either rang until an automated voice says that my call cannot go through, or the person who answers the phone answers without a greeting and states that they need to put me on hold. Feels incredibly dehumanizing for a medical office.

I have been coming here for 3 years. Up until this year it has been fine. But this year I have had 4 pre planned appointments get moved last minute. My doctor left the practice and another doctor wouldn't see me as an existing patient so I had to wait 6 MONTHS to get in for my physical and was treated like a new patient. Twice in this last week I had an appointment and they called me 2 hours before and had to reschedule. Very frustrating and poor organization.

As many say here, the reviews do speak for themselves. This place is going down hill. I was seeing a wonderful person, for many years, NancyAnne, who unfortunately retired. She was thorough, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable. I can't say enough about how wonderful she is. Some are very nice here and others definitely are not and should learn some kindness and compassion. It's sad really. You trust these medical professionals with helping to care for your health. You wait weeks, while in pain, to come in for your appointment because they are always booked out too far and can't even see your own primary care doctor. Today, I saw a nurse practitioner, Emily, who might be new as I've never seen her before. I am not happy with how this appointment went at all. I came in for pain and also wheezing. When did she did my exam, she didn't even have me take deep breaths to hear my wheezing. I said I was having trouble hearing and she didn't even look in my ears! So nothing got taken care of at all with my sick visit portion. As far as my pain, She ended up writing me a note for temporary limitations at my job, in regards to sitting, until my test results come back , etc. but she left put a BIG one. I cannot lift my arm all the way up and am having trouble lifting things at work. Did she include lifting limitations? No, she did not so when I read the note, before leaving, I asked if the note could be edited to include limited lifting, since that is what part of my appointment was about, not being able to lift. SHE REFUSED to add that I to my note! Are you kidding me? Why? I can't sit on the floor, she wrote that the note about that. I can't lift my arm or lift certain things without pain, but she won't include that I literally came in saying I am in pain and can't lift my arm! I waited weeks for this appointment, paid a co-pay and for what? This was the worst appointment I have ever had here. Probably going to end up at urgent care.

I called nine days before a scheduled appointment for an insurance referral. I had to call four different times to request same referral. Because specialist didn’t receive referral 24 hours before the appointment, my appointment was canceled and I have to go through the same nightmare process again to try to get another referral! This is ridiculous!
