Took my 8 month old to the ER. Waited 5 hours for a Nurse Practitioner to come in and tell us she didn’t “look sick” then we waited another 2 hours. No one came back to check her again. We finally just left and took her to her doctor the next morning where she was properly diagnosed and given real care.
Other than the inadequate care, it was absolutely disgusting. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. I would avoid this ER if at all possible.

AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COSTS!!!!
I tried coming here a month ago for an animal bite. I was quite literally holding gauze on my bleeding hand and they had me sit and wait an hour (not even triaged). I had to leave to get treatment.

Last night went with my partner to get seen for a serious reaction and they took 30 minutes to triage us with 2 other people in the waiting room. We waited another 45 to absolutely no support and had to walk out. I don't know what you need to do to get attention at this facility but we watched someone get ambulance transported in them placed in a waiting room chair.

Avoid this hospital. They have zero priority for medical emergencies. The only reason I even tried going here was because they're the only place open at 3am. This experience was terrifying horrible and insane.

I went to Sturdy in severe pain because it was close. This was a huge mistake. They made me wait 3 hours in the waiting room while I was writhing in pain. They offered me no pain meds at all and kept ignoring my pleas for help. Then, they got tired of the noises I was making (in pain) so they shoved me in the quick care room where they left me for another hour and a half. I finally saw a dr at 12 am who simply gave me a shot and two prescriptions, which I had to get elsewhere. If you're in severe pain, DO NOT GO HERE. I only went to Sturdy because I was in so much pain and it was close. Next time, I won't make this mistake again. This place does NOT care about you.

I brought my 5-year-old child, who had a high fever and was vomiting blood, to the hospital. We waited in the waiting room for over three hours, but no one was available to assist us. My child couldn't tolerate being sick and sitting in a chair for such a long time, so I had to leave. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

Dr. Tran in the Er is unintelligent, unprofessional, and has no business being a doctor. It seems all the doctors are pretty bad, I will say the nurses are great. It's people like Dr. Tran that I will never return here, and tell everyone I know to do the same. Where ever you live there are better options than this place.

Very friendly and compassionate staff in the ER! I went in with a broken ankle and they took very good care of me - A big thank you to Dr Thornton (ortho) and the nurses who were all really amazing ❤️‍🩹

Avoid this hospital at all costs. It's a lottery, if you are going to receive proper treatment. Sometimes they help but since November 2023, the level of service has declined. On top of the rudeness you will encounter, specifically in the quick care department, they have ER doctors that are releasing patients with major problems with no help going forward.

Went to ER with my 15 month old baby who was having an allergic reaction to antibiotics. We were there for almost 5 hours and she was never even looked at by a doctor. There was only one other person in waiting area when we arrived. Ended up walking out and getting immediate treatment elsewhere.
