This Dental clinic is on the second floor above the Drs. Offices. Try to get an early appointment because the Highway in front Alton Gloor is a mad-house after 3pm.
The Office was very clean and up-to-date. They had many young, women professionals in this office. Somewhat of a change from traditional DDS offices of the past who were only males as dentists and women were the assistants. They are all women dentists!

The Dental on the 2nd floor at Su clínica Brownsville is a joke! I left the place worse!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. The front desk girls are incompetent and look miserable doing their job. Not clear with delivering information. The female dentist made me feel very uncomfortable and like she didn't care as I told her my concerns. I paid 40$ just so the dentist could tell me I need a root canal. All dentist did was poke my tooth causing pain I did not have. Nothing was done.

They dinied service since I have not been there in a while. They dropped me as a patient. I went in the morning to see if I could see a Dr. for a medical issue, the nurse took my information, gave me an afternoon appointment to see the Dr. a coupñe hours later they sent me email to cancel

The doctors are okay, the waiting time is somewhat reasonable but the receptionists are rude. My mom called to ask a question about an appointment and the receptionist responded "well obviously..". I can go on with all the horrible experiences (snarky comments, eyeroll, sarcasm) I'm hoping that this review can get to someone in that clinic to get those receptionists straight or maybe, hire new ones!!!

They take a really long time to get to you even though you have an appointment. They are not punctual so prepare to be there for a while. Like 1:30-2 hrs at least just of waiting because the nurse takes 5min to check you and the doctor takes 5min to examine you. However, I admire the front desk lady in pediatrics for her patience.

Su Clinica is undergoing some big changes, including, loss of doctors, people retiring, a change from paper to digital system, etc.
I recommend you search for a doctor here first before going, that way you are sure of having an appointment. Medical staff are spread out so expect to wait a bit.

Dr. Munoz in the women's clinic was VERY unprofessional. He told me he was going to perform a pelvic exam and pap smear, but gave absolutely no warning before inserting his fingers, and again no warning before inserting the speculum. He was in the room for a grand total of less than a minute. Absolutely no bedside manner, and I was completely horrified.

The staff and nurses are nice. Dr. Munoz, in the women's clinic, is very unprofessional. I was a new patient and he didn't bother to introduce himself or speak to me. He sent his medical assistants to relay whatever he wanted me to know. I will never be returning.
