The lady working the counter greeted me with a smile, was very friendly, and detail oriented. My sandwich was VERY delicious. The bread was soft. The veggies were fresh. The lemonade was really cold and yummy from the soft drink machine. Very good experience. I will go to this subway again!
* Dine-In is open until 2am. Drive threw is open 24/7. *

Closed for remodel and no way of knowing till we walked in with 45 hungry teenage boys on our soccer team. Had to get them back on the bus and head up to Cordes Lake.
I hope this helps you avoid this trap. Do better.

This place used to have GREAT people that made great sandwiches. Now,......I don't know what his hiring or training procedure is, but it's horrible. there's a lead person that just talks on his blue tooth phone the whole time he works. The additives on the sandwich are skimpy, you always seem to be out of something lately. I live out here and used to get sandwiches here all the time. Sadly, after today, I'm done going there

There was no one behind the counter when we arrived. Then we found that there are two workers working there. Both of them ( one man and one woman) were hiding in the back. The staff was not very friendly, and she insisted that we could not cut a 12 inch subway into two 6 inches and roast one six inches, which we have always been able to do with every subway we have been. We stop here on Sunday afternoon around 4 pm. She was busy in the back and will not stand by the counter. The bread is not very fresh, and the ingredients are watery. The staff can not get the ingredients right. She sounds like the same lady from the preview review - kept client waiting for 25 minutes before closing and not providing the sandwich. Obviously, the management does not read the review. We will not stop here again.

Literally THE WORST subway I have ever ordered from.. I'm not being able jerk or trying to be rude to any of the employees but talk about falling waaaay short with the potential to literally be "killing it" being in the location they are right off of black canyon highway with no other fast food joint for quite a distance either direction. I mean maybe they are but for sure they're atleast 4 customers short as of today October 7th 2024. My family and I just relocated from pheoix where there is an abundance of eateries to black canyon city where there are 3 choices in town and only subway within a short drive. we stopped about a week ago and ordered 4 seperate foot longs and it took forever to order and have made during the order and trying to "make them our way" were told they had no provolone, no Swiss, no chicken , no flat bread when we were going to say "screw the subs" we had been wanting and opt for the flat bread pepperoni roll ups since there was atleast 1to 2 options short per sub we had been craving. The meat ball had no sauce and was toasted to a texture hard as a rock and even though we had asked for light mayo in a sub it was plastered and oosing out . The man making the subs was not personable never smiled once nor offered any discount for having to settle for substituted items they were out of .we paid almost $60 that day and didn't end up eating 2 of the subs as they were gross. Today on out way into pheonix for an appt. We decided to stop and try it again , this time for a simple 4 roll ups, the kid working , to say the least, did not appear to be thrilled with his job and moved at the speed of my 93 yr old client . We were told he could not substitute anything included kinds of cheese that we wanted even if we paid extra, even told us he could not add salt and pepper "it came how it came " and that was final. Just over 20 min later our roll uis were done and we asked for cheddar cheese sauce for dipping which we've never paid extra for any other time but had to pay almost $2 a cup for today. When we returned to our trip and began eating the roll ups we were disappointed. Barely any cheese, or taste to speak off . Needless to say, no thank you!

Tiffany had a horrible attitude with not only her own staff, but the customers as well. Choosing to fill the line instead of tending to the people that have been waiting more than 20 minutes. When I chose to confront her on this, she stated "I have to finish some things" I have worked at multiple subways and am aware of the policies regarding "customer first." Tiffany created a horrible customer experience, and employee experience for the other person working there. Won't be coming back.

I’m never the one to leave reviews about places or people but this time I need to because the amount of disrespect I experienced at this location is unexceptionable and embarrassing for the company. So, i arrived at this subway at 9:35pm knowing they close at 10pm BECAUSE the open sign was still turned on. I go in and there are two boys infront of me. While I was waiting, this worker takes 20 minutes to make 3 subs.. I don’t say anything about because in my head I thought I would be served after. I WAS WRONG. After the two boys pay, she looks at me and says “i can’t do this” and proceeds to take her apron off and throw it on the table in the back and walk out. When i asked why she didn’t just tell me she wasn’t going to take my order when i first walked in she says “it’s not my problem” “cry about it”. She then proceeds to say “i’m the only one working i’m allowed to leave early”. I understand that i walked in 25 minutes before close, BUT i also would have understood if she told me she couldn’t take my order once i got in line, not after waiting 20 minutes. This employee also used cuss words in her sentences towards me and my friends which is also 100% unprofessional and inappropriate. This employee is an embarrassment to the company and is EXTREMELY immature. 7/27/2024
