Typical medical office that is run by private equity. I went there with an issue and a concern. The doctor was dismissive and condescending. The assistant kept trying to sell me on seeing other specialists at the location for unrelated issues (“Your nose is running, why don’t I take you to the allergist next door?” That kind of thing). The actual doctor spent less than five minutes with me and when I asked if I should be concerned about a lump I was feeling, his answer was, “Go to an ER if you are concerned.” No advice. No concern or interest. He could not have cared less.

Don't go there, my wife was referred from another CitiMD urgent clinic (same company) to see the doctor there, because she experienced pain in one of her ear. The doctor just performed a simple test and let her to go home, they haven't done anything. 6 months later, they sent me a bill for $1,323. It is a highway robbery. Be aware.

HIPAA violation: I went in for a heart sonogram, and while I was in my gown, laying on the table, the technician stopped the procedure so she could check on her personal cell phone if her bubble tea was being delivered to the right room! This is the most extreme case of unprofessionalism and lack of oversight I’ve ever seen! There is no one in charge here. Don’t put yourself at risk.

PCP Dr. Barnes is great. Great bedside manner, very thoughtful and thorough with my elderly father, and good nursing staff.

The front office and office management could improve by a lot. Can NEVER get them on the phone. There are a few receptionists who are rude and clearly don’t like their job. Other receptionists are nice, so it’s hit or miss depending on the day. The office never seems to receive faxes or other documents that need signatures from the doctor, so I have to do constant follow up messages through the portal bc there’s no point in calling since they never answer. I take my Dad there bc of Dr. Barnes and the nursing staff, and they’re located very close to where my wheelchair-bound Dad lives. But the office management issues are very frustrating.

Horrible facility. My husband had 2 episodes of coughing up blood and nosebleed which seemed to indicate a sinus infection. We saw Dr. Danzinger hoping he’d give some clarity and provide treatment. He used a camera to look into his sinuses and yanked it out super aggressively as if my husband wasn’t a person. I know you can get desensitized after years of working in healthcare but if your office is EMPTY and no one is in the waiting room, why rush? He barely spoke to us and after my husband mentioned he had hypothyroidism which he dismissed, he prescribed a taper dose of prednisone. The initial high doses caused my husband the worst muscle spasms he has ever experienced. Apparently having hypothyroidism and using prednisone at high doses can have this effect, you’d expect a doctor with his experience to be more vigilant and not dismissive. We will never go back, and do not recommend anyone else to go there.

Dr was amazing- but cannot get ahold of the front desk staff. I have called a total of 6 times this morning trying to get ahold of them to reschedule a follow up and ask a simple question. They put me on hold then hung up. I’m on hold again for 20 mins now. So frustrating and in pain and in need of help and they can’t even answer the phone politely.

Avoid at all costs, they will scam you and not provide adequate healthcare.

I saw Dr Elliot Danziger (ENT) for a sinus problem. After they took my initial information, I end up waiting in a room for 30m or so.

Finally I hear some people shuffling behind the door and frankly I can't believe what I'm hearing: They decided right there and then on the treatment. Before actually seeing me.

Then Dr Danziger rushed in with 3 other people and prodded me for ~20 seconds before storming out. He reeked of cigarettes, didn't ask me any questions and the staff had to made excuses for how short his visit was.

A week later i received bill for $1.5k. Most items on the list were made up and not provided during my visit.

My sinus problem did not improve and they suggested a Balloon Sinuplasty. I got a second opinion and the doctor said this operation would be completely useless since it would not touch or help the area affected.

Avoid this doctor and this office.
