I have had nothing but great experiences at this facility. From Dr. Alluri through all the staff including the Chemo nurses. Friendly, concerned for my comfort and care and thoroughly informative. Stage 4, Metastatic prostate cancer.

Dr. Malad is so rude and talk down to me every time I was in his office.
He made me feel like I had no right to even be there and treated me like I was stupid and talked down to me and acted like I had no idea what I was talking about and because I didn’t understand every doctors term that he used, he acted like I was some type of an idiot.
You would think going to a cancer center the doctors there would be very sensitive and understanding and nice, but that’s the exact opposite of what I experienced here. I literally would go home in tears and frustrated after every appointment.
I will never go back to this facility again, even if I have to travel 2 hours to Flagstaff to see the cancer doctors up there.
Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with Dr. Malad .

Well most the Staff was ok . Dr. Malad was not very good dr. In my opinion. He made me feel uncomfortable as if I was wrong or Stupid for being referred there. I don't appreciate his attitude or demeanor. I hope he doesn't get paid to act like this with all his patients. I have been to a lot of different doctors. From here all the way to WA. But his Attitude landed him in top 5 list of Shouldn't work with that attitude. Of all things I expect A CANCER Dr. To be nice and helpful. I will not Return to this Dr. Because of his attitude. If I owned A place he would have to fix his attitude to be able to work. You may have medical degree in cancer treatment but so do many other much nicer doctors who are reassuring & helpful without the poor Attitude.
That's my opinion.

Not sure about this place yet, my wife is getting the medicine she needs and the nurses are pleasant and helpful. But it took over three weeks of calling to get scheduled after her surgery. And even then a friend who works for Summit is the the only way we got scheduled. The front desk never tried to help, just kept saying they were waiting on pathology, even though it was sent multiple times. Dr Malad seemed to get offended when my wife's GYN ONC said she may not need nuelesta after the first treatment and could wait to see what her bloodwork does . I will update this review after we know more.

I just want to share how truly amazing all of you are. The care and love that you provide in the darkest of times is truly a blessing. I want to thank you for making every visit a hopeful one. I want to thank you for the honesty and empathy you showed.
To the ladies at the front, you always greeted us warmly, you knew my mother by name and you always made her feel welcome.
To the lovely ladies in the treatment center, you were such a joy to be around and it takes someone special to do what you do. Every one of you are in the right profession. You make an uncomfortable and heartbreaking experience comfortable and bearable. You are warm and full of light.
To Brandy, our trust in you was not misplaced. You were always honest, caring and understanding. I thank you for all of the time you spent with us and all of the hard work you put into helping my mother. Not because it is your job, but because its who you are.
And lastly to Dr. Madani, my mother switching to your care was the best blessing our family could have asked for during this time. You fight for your patients, you genuinely care for them and you will never understand just how much that meant to her and us. You made sure she knew how much you cared and were willing to fight for her. You gave her respect, hope, honesty and more time than was expected. You truly do work miracles.
Words cannot express my gratitude for each and every one of you. Thank you for being the wonderful and amazing people that you are. My mother made the right decision switching her care to you.

Amazing. Very professional yet with humanity and humor. Dr Malad is great and NP Griffin could chase away bad weather with her attitude. The nurses are so funny they even talk a little trash which just cracks me up. I am so glad that I chose to use Summit Healthcare Cancer Center. These people are great from the secretarys to the lady that draws blood you will feel like family

This place and doctors are incompetent they will send you to other doctors and there's no paper work or pictures to the doctor you were sent for the doctor to talk to you about they sent my wife to Phoenix to see a doctor on a 14 hour trip and the doctor there had no pictures or very much information to talk to her about
I recommend if you are going to summit cancer center in show low az go some were els theses doctors and nurses do things backwards and wrong and do more harm than good they tell you to do this and that first and foremost it's the wrong thing to do instead of getting to the problem and getting it done and helping the person get
Better they drag there feet on your life its all about them .and people suffer 😪 from things should not have to do before they treat them.

My dear husband had a terrible experience with this Dr. I don't recommend him, wouldn't even send him for updated imaging. Please go elsewhere if you're looking for compassionate care.
