Never return calls. Trying to find a doctor close, guess I'll be going to Springerville

If I could I would give summit 0 stars they can't get sick patients in for two weeks at a time. If you are 10 minutes late they will just cancel your appointment. My daughter went to show low er with a sore throat and we where told that its a mystery virus. Two days later she ended up with a dubble ear infection caused by strep throat that was un treated. I tried to get my daughter in and they canceled her appointment because I got there 10 minutes late. Wow I will never use summit for anything. If my daughter has to be hospitalized I will have them transport her to Phoenix.

I do agree they need a receptionist just to answer the phone, but if and when you go there you will realize there is a incredible women working all on her own, and would stop in help, go in, stop by, rather than calling it's worth it.
Dr. This is Toni , all I can say is thank you,,, for listening, really listening to me. Tell your intern thank you for the hugs she will make a great doctor. You made the experience of being so afraid at ease. Both of you.💞I know the problem, drugs WONT help, I need to find me the stong me again. But I know if I need a good doctor where to come. Dr. Patterson is a caring doctor. He is thorough and he listens to his patients. The entire staff is wonderful. So happy we found this pffice.

Just sent a senior citizen friend of mine there from the range for an emergency dog bite situation and they turned her away and told her they weren't taking new patients. Told her to go to the Springerville hospital. What kind of health care facility is this! What are the people there supposed to do?

Although I wasn't able to get seen there because they don't have an X-ray a machine, Lori was so very helpful until very helpful and so very kind I totally recommend this place.

Never answer the phone, never receive a call after leaving messages, don't respond to refill fax from the pharmacy. Need more doctors.

Dr. Patterson is a great doctor. My only complaint would be the phone answering or lack there of.
