I went to pick up a script for my wife...they told me it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. After 25 minutes they called me up and told me it was on hold until Friday. This place has gone down hill since Bianca Glab left. They have more staff and very poor service. The only BRIGHT LIGHT there is Ms. Elaine!! I heard her ask about my script and that's when they started to check.

Sun life pharmacy in Florence lack customer service. Eileen, the pharmacy tec. ALWAYS seem to want to argue with you. She's not friendly to most people,she's lazy and does very little to help you. I always ask to speak to the pharmacist for assistance. That's ALWAYS your best bet. Eileen will never give a straight answer. he always wants to argue with you even when you tell her your Dr. Suggested whatever it is you need and for her to call the office to verify what you are saying is true. She will say it's not her job to do that. If the pharmacy doesn't have your prescription, she tells you to call around to see if you can find it. No help at all... she's just plain rude when you speak to her. When you ask to speak to someone else, she refuses, so you end up calling back asking to speak to the pharmacist. A real inconvenience. I'm told I'm not the only one who feels this way about Eileen. Please do better ma'am speak nicely to people.

Horrible service. They never refill the prescriptions I needed they always think I need an inhaler when I need more important medications. All in all they have a TERRIBLE PHARMACY and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Eileen has ignored prescription and blames the doctor even though she answered the phone and directed my doctor to leave a voicemail for the prescription and she's been a real inconvenience since Tuesday. Very rude, unorganized, she needs some positivity in her life....
