I've been coming here for years. This place is great! Friendly and help full staff. It is always very clean. I was able to get my DOT physical done quickly. The Dr. was great. I will recommend them to everyone.

After paying full price for a CDL physical only get half the deal out of it , was stuck in traffic cause a bad accident on the freeway , took me a hour to get to the place instead of the regular 15 mins and ya inhad higher then normal blood pressure, and they rechecked at the end and I was good but only gave me 1 yr certificate to drive a commercial vehicle but the Federal Railroad Administration physical is more intense and I get a 3 yrs ok from them ? This place a joke now !!!

I received a meaningless exam (the rudimentaries) and it really was a waste of my time. I have always received a two-year certificate, but these folks gave me only a one year certificate. This place should lose its FCMSA certification to give medical exams. You want easy to pass? This is the place for you!

I see that a lot of these reviews are pretty old. I think whoever was not professional in the front of the house no longer works there. I had a DOT Physical there today and everyone was very professional and helpful. The front of the house was kind and professional along with the nurse and doctor that performed my physical. I had no issues and I was treated like a patient, not a paycheck. I will definitely go back to this place for my renewal.

They were all wonderful over there!! Dr. Thrasher was super nice and professional. Was able to get my 1st class medical without any problems! Thank the Lord. It was my first time getting one so I’m happy I got such nice people. Highly recommend going there for any of your needs!

As someone who is a young adult, I've been to friendlier clinics. None of the front desk speaks spanish. My mother tried to talk to them and they were rude which was disrespectful so I stepped in. If your going to work at a job, at least make your customers feel at home and have clients that speak more than one language. I was treated at the clinic recently and I didn't like that I also felt rushed. Almost like they didn't want me there and were trying to get me out. I don't know if it's because I'm young and they see alot of older people but that doesn't give them that right. The fact that I had the thought of not wanting to go back and I had to go twice. If your going to take your child there, I want you to know that they only cover injuries and a quick check up. If that's what your looking for, well there you go. I suggest go and see your actual doctor if you have in debt questions.
If you really had to take something from my review, there level of customer service isn't that great.
