This is by far the most inept staff I have ever dealt with. Every time I leave a message when no one answers the phone I NEVER get a call back. Referrals are impossible to get without personally getting the referral and hand delivering it. I sat waiting for a hour today to pick up my Clearance for Surgery to take to surgeon after me making two requests and the surgery scheduler faxing over the request multiple times and calling to ask if it is complete. Dr Giknavorian told me and her staff person she would sign off on the clearance as soon as they received it...that was in October. Turns out the paperwork for the clearance that I picked up to hand deliver to the surgeon office was just a copy of lab and x-ray tests ordered by the surgeon. I called Dr Giknavorian office back and was told by office mgr he would look into the matter and call me back....still waiting.

The staff and the nurse practitioners of this office are amazing. Dr. Sonia Giknavorian on the other hand isn't.
Dr. Sonia Giknavorian is unprofessional and has HORRIBLE bedside manner! Do not waste your time or money contacting this office.
