I usually do not post reviews but Joel from Sunshine Transport LLC was so kind, helpful, and generous that I felt compelled to share my experience. I live in CT and my parents live in Antioch, IL. I wanted get a birthday cake for my Dad for his birthday and I could not get an Uber or even DoorDash to work. So I called Sunshine Transport to make my “strange request” and see if they would be willing to pick up the cake for me and deliver it to my Dad. Joel could not have been more helpful! He made me feel very comfortable in his communication through both phone and text along the way. He even sent me a picture of the cake he picked which I felt went above and beyond his call of duty. He let me know when the cake was picked up, as well as confirming that it was successfully delivered to my Father. If Sunshine Transport can do that well with cake, I can only imagine how amazingly caring, trustworthy, and dependable they are when it comes to transporting people. With so much gratitude, I highly recommend Sunshine Transport…and thank Joel for being a person of noble, kind-hearted, and helpful spirit.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Their service has been a God Sent for my cousin. With out this service she would not be able to get to the hospital /clinic for life saving treatments. They are prompt , friendly and provide courteous service to their riders.
