I have gone to other urgent cares, CVS minute clinics. Even though all of them were nice and professional they didn’t resolve my bronchitis issue.. They didn’t listen. I get bronchitis all the time and know what I need. Sunshine Urgent did listen and were concerned my bronchitis hadn’t lessened after 3 weeks.
Dr Helen was very friendly, and professional, explained what she was doing. I felt like I was a good hands and my bronchitis would be better..

As for reception, they were great.. They were professional and friendly as well.. They got me back in 15 minutes.

Nurse was great. She had a wonderful sense of humor while maintaining her professionalism. She seemed concerned about my issue and got the Dr In to see me as soon as possible. Once the Dr decided I needed 2 shots the nurse came back and gave the shots and I barely felt a thing.

All in all- the appt was less than a hour. I will go back if ever in need. Thank you for the wonderful service and I feel much better

Came here for a DOT physical. Even though the waiting room was full, they got me in and out in less than an hour. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The facility was clean and well kept. And, this was the cheapest I’ve ever seen for a DOT physical. Highly recommended.

I will never go to another urgent care. I had such a good experience with Becky And her nurse. I'm a recovering addict and I've needed so much help and I almost wanted to burst into tears when Becky understood me so well! I went there last night for some extreme shoulder pain that I've been getting and they took care of me so well. I've just never been able to relate to someone as well as I did with Becky. She understood me, and I loved it. I loved the whole experience there. It was hard but I loved it. It was extremely hard to walk in there and admit I have a problem. However Becky took care of me and gave me all the right resources she's been more help in one hour than I've gotten in a whole year.

Will ask for a SSN and deny medical treatment of children even if you have the Medicaid and Insurance cards available. Not only did this happen to me I have seen it first hand happen to another mother with a very obviously sick child. Both situations involved people of color and I am suspect of discrimination.

Today I went here for a strep throat testing and the staff was extremely nice. My nurse Cassandra was very helpful and provided me with the best accessibility and accommodations for my visit. She was very nice and made the visit joyful as I was not feeling the best. Overall, every staff member I talked to and came in contact with was very sweet and helpful. This clinic is amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone searching for a good, quick and affordable urgent care.
