Little to no quality control. Equipment not inspected before delivery. They delivered unsafe equipment that would have caused injury. Delivery driver was very polite. Service was very quick.

My hospice company ordered me a rolling walker with a seat. First rolling walker came with a broken brake cable. They left it without checking it was safe with an elderly person with mobility issues. Luckily she didn’t try it out before I got home. The replacement came within 6 hours of the issue being reported. I was there this time and the one of the brake pads didn’t connect with the wheel so it didn’t work. I sent them both back and cancelled.

Not being able to lock both wheels would cause the walker to move when it needs to be stationary and would result in a fall. Bringing without inspecting and leaving them without final check is not acceptable. I can’t trust this company. When it comes time for us to get a hospital bed I don’t know how what I will do if the hospice company only uses them.

Very happy with my experience with support medical systems Hector a very nice guy very welcoming very professional put together my sick fathers equipment very quickly and while I was speaking and opening up he was very attentive not like others that will disregard the conversation he was very nice and understanding to engage and console me , listened and spoke to us as if he was family he is an amazing worker and gave us great advice I definitely recommend them and him specifically thank you for your services Hector

So happy with support medical systems a gentleman by the name of Hector came by to bring a bed for my mom that’s on hospice and he was so professional, knowledgeable and respectful he was so patient with us but what stood out was hips empathy and sympathy and sometimes you need someone like that who cares about your loved one when your going through such a hard time thank you SMS for having this amazing young man as a driver it truly makes a difference strongly recommend them for any medical equipment needs

If you want your loved one to die on a stainless steel bed from the 60s, contract with Support Medical. One star.

Edit: I did a good amount of looking into it, and this bed is the industry standard. Actually, I think it's better than some of the other beds I found. I think the beds have to be made in a way that makes them efficient and easy to put together. The company offers air mattresses and mattress toppers, and the people that work for them are kind and lovely.

First, their equipment is old. Oxygen concentrator was very noisy and shook the walls. My wife passed away and I'm trying to get them to pick up the equipment.
When they first called to deliver the equipment they asked me 10 questions about covid-19. When the guy got here with the equipment he came in the house without a mask on. he went back to the truck to get the equipment and when he came back in he had a mask on or he would have been thrown out of the house. Not a good company to do business with. Unfortunately my wife was put on hospice and this is the company that that hospice organization uses. We're not recommend this company to anybody.
