My husband had a procedure done there. I have to say that from check in until discharge the staff was great! He had a prep nurse and a recovery nurse and then a discharge nurse. They all were very good and explained exactly what was going on. This made an uncomfortable situation a lot more bearable and he left saying it was definitely a positive experience. If I need something done I’d definitely go there.

Great, caring staff. Kirsten at the front desk was my first point of contact and represented the entire Surgery Center. So when I entered the facility at 6:30 a.m., I was pleased to have friendly, happy Kirsten greeting me, checking me in, and assisting in completing many forms, etc. She is definitely an asset to the Center. Libera, my pre-op nurse, was excellent putting me completely at ease and hooking up the IV painlessly. The other staff members from transport to anesthesia and of course, Dr. Nelson Klaus III, were all very competent and efficient.

My experience was an excellent one. The prep nurse, Karen was very professional, polite and caring. The anesthesiologist Doctor Samuel was thorough in explaining the procedure. And the operating nurse Diane was extremely helpful in assisting my Doctor Ryan O'melia. I was very happy and impressed by his professionalism, manners and experience in his treatment for my right eye cataract surgery which also included a stent in my eye. Overall an excellent staff and I would recommend this surgery center to everyone.

Out of all the surgeries I have had at different hospitals and Surgery Centers I have never been treated as amazing as I was with my nurse Lucy and my anesthesiologist
Dr. Michael Jerrell! I have had many great Drs and nurses but not anything like I had today! If you are lucky enough to get either you will be truly blessed! Thank you for the great care I received!!!

Surgery was good. But billing center screwed us After 9 months, they still owe us $1800 because of overpaid deductible. Which they refuse to refund because they are greedy bastards. Almost time to take them to small claims court.

Had two procedures back to back on Wednesday. Staff was totally professional, extremely polite and caring. I can't remember each of the staffs names, really wish I could. Everyone was truly amazing. Would highly recommend this facility. Dr. Altschuler was also excellent, recommend him as well. Everyone made it a stress free and the best results for the day.

This place has the most amazing staff I have ever met!

I had a procedure done early this morning and was unbelievably frightened. I can not thank the ENTIRE STAFF for being so understanding and kind! When I checked in and was greeted
by the sweetest woman at the front desk. She was so understanding. Soon after I was taken back to prepare for both procedures. I found the entire staff to be beyond amazing, kind, and understanding . My Doctor was Dr. Altschuler who I think is one of the finest doctors in this world!

This surgery center had me pay for my surgery up front. I paid it in full, yet they would call claiming I had to pay it again. I came in with a receipt and this was resolved but now they are calling years later trying to collect for something already paid. Please fix your medical billing department!!! Unprofessionally unorganized.
