I was initially nervous about finding a dog walker, but hiring Susan was the best decision I could have made for my pup. She goes above and beyond every time and has such a special way with animals. My dog immediately showed her her belly the first time they met, which says everything about how comfortable she feels with her. She sends me pictures of my pets while they are in her care. I feel so relieved knowing my dog is in such caring, reliable hands. Highly recommend!

Susan was Taking care of our two dogs when we were away for three days we had another dog sitter staying overnight, but she came by during the day to take them for walks and let them play and go to the bathroom. She did such an amazing job. I wish you did overnight because we would have her do Heartbeat. Susan let us know things that our other dog sitter was not falling through on so she was an amazing second person to have and our dogs just love her

Susan is above and beyond awesome, and I highly recommend her! Because my dog is old and fragile, I was worried to leave him behind while the family went on vacation. Susan took excellent care of him, and sent me daily updates and pictures; she also kept track of the house, mail and plants. Susan is the most caring and qualified person you could have taking care of your babies. She loves animals and it shows. She will always make sure they have everything they need. She gives updates, and sends pictures, and videos. It is so nice to have and helps reassure the owners that their loved ones are in great hands. She has excellent communication and is super responsive. She has a vast knowledge of pet care. She is always researching and learning everything she possibly can to make sure she provides exceptional care. When she provides care in her own home she always makes sure to have everything needed to make your pet comfortable and secure. She treats them like her own. I would highly recommend her for any pet care that someone needs, be it a quick or long visit, an overnight stay, a weekend one, etc.

We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care Susan provided to our cats, Summer and Autumn, during our absence. From the moment we met her, it was clear that she genuinely loves animals and takes her job seriously.

Susan went above and beyond to ensure our cats were happy and healthy. We received detailed updates after each visit, including adorable videos and photos that reassured us that Summer and Autumn were in great hands. She took care of everything from feeding and cleaning to administering hairball ointment, even though our cats are not fans of it.

The level of cleanliness and attention to detail was outstanding. Susan made sure the litter boxes were always clean, the water fountains were filled, and the feeding areas were spotless. She even took care of our mail and left thoughtful notes and report cards for our cats, which was such a delightful touch.
