Organization is a big money-grab scam. A new patient visit (CPT 99203) for most docs here is about $400 - AFTER the insurance makes the adjustment for in-network providers. There are lots of other docs in the area where this maximum allowed amount is only $100. If you're about to make an appointment here, better do some prep work and log onto your health insurance portal to see how much money you're about to burn for the provider you're seeing. Might make you think twice.

I truly appreciate the healthcare providers and workers in this hospital, they are amazing. However, I am concerned about the cleanliness of the facility. This is a healthcare environment, so it’s surprising to see it in this condition. I urge the administration to prioritize hygiene, especially in critical areas like the operating rooms.

Horrible experience with their Mammogram department. They cancelled my appointment twice last minute. And they gave wrong address in Myhealthonline. When I got here, they said they don't have mammogram here. Horrible experience all around.

I had an infection for days, which started in my throat, moved to my eye and then to my ear. It wasn't getting any better so I looked up this location and saw that they close at 8 p.m. since it was only 4:00, I decided to go in. They turned me away saying that they were all booked and to try the ER. (Which would cost me about 3,000 dollars) I explained that and that I was pretty sure it was just an ear infection and that I most likely just needed a prescription for antibiotics. They still turned me away, with 4 hours before closing. I understand there are rules and they have a schedule just like any other job. However, dealing with people's health isn't just like any other job. I ended up going to the location in Los Gatos and guess what... ear infection. They gave me a prescription and I was on my way to the pharmacy 10 minutes after having been seen.

They charged me for preventative tests which supposed to be covered 100% by insurance!! It's taking them forever to fix this issue! I don't even know if they will fix it! It seems like all my phone calls and messages are getting nowhere!
They charged me for a wrong doctor visit last year and never fixed it!

What is happening to Sutter health? Long waiting lists for doctor appointments and all these payment issues!! I'll definitely change my clinic this coming year.

During such trying times, everyone here has always been wonderful and patient and kind! While the patients themselves are orderly and polite.

Extremely hard to get proper appointment. When we get one, we get one on weekend. Then when we visit we're told doctor isn't available for our inspection. Need to wait another month.

Also got charged for preventative cause they quote as diagnostic. Seriously? Zero explanation

Nice surgery doctor and nurse. Good app for patients.
However, interface, communication etc. with Sutter Urgent Care is bad. And orthopedic surgery counter lady was very rude on Tuesday morning. VERY.
Also, operation level is poor - they forget to hand out important documents so that I had to come to the hospital again after anesthesia etc.
